I had my walk-in closet organized with shelves, drawers, hanging space. I love it. They utilized the space very well. Rick came and drew up the design to accommodate the items I had in the closet plus more. He did a second walk through and made some minor design changes. Then 2 of their staff, put it all together. There is extra storage space that I haven't filled yet. It took only about half a day and they cleaned up very well. I had the closet painted prior to them coming using a painter recommended by Rick. It all went very well. I was very impressed by the way it turned out. It was more expensive than I was thinking it would be, but think it was worth it.

Betsy was great to work with with.  The bungalow that we were adding closets to had many angles and odd spaces,  she had great ideas and listened to our needs and wants for the space and closets. The communication was prompt and answered any questions we needed and made as many visits as we needed for our comfort level.
The installation team was punctual and left the area complete and clean.

Betsy came out Feb 25, 2012 to see what we wanted done. She brought samples and helped us pick out colors and fabric for the drapes. She took a lot of time making sure of what we wanted and giving us advice. She also took measurements. Betsy was very helpful and when we had decided on the order she even helped me pick a paint color for the living room.
The workmen arrived on April 25, 2012 to install the shade and drapes. Betsy arrived and ironed the creases in the drapes so they would look nice and hang straight after shipping. It took a tad over two hours and the drapes look great.
The company contract says and quot;Window Worksand quot; and not In-Home America.

They are great designers. They are probably more expensive than other places, but they are really worth it. I recently signed the contract, but I like the designer. I have approved the design and they will build the closets in two weeks.

Excellent consultation on our closet needs. Designed a plan that works perfectly for us. Much more space than we had before. Able to move up installation date. Arrived punctually. Installed promptly. Cleaned up well.

This is the second time we have used them for repair and they are prompt and knowledgeable. Service call was $60 of the price.

Mary came to my home and spent a considerable amount of time discussing my needs. The various parts were ordered and then installed within a few weeks. Everything went very smoothly and I am very satisfied with both closets. I will be hiring this company to complete other closets in the future.

RICK GOODMAN WAS OUR SALES CONSULTANT AND HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CREATIVE. WE WERE SURPRISED AT HOW LITTLE THE PROJECTS COST AND AT HOW MUCH MORE ROOM WE ACQUIRED THROUGH THE NEW DESIGNS. THE INSTALLER WAS PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL, LEAVING THE AREA VERY NEAT AND CLEAN. I WOULD NOT HESITATE IN RECOMMENDING RICK AND CALIFORNIA CLOSETS TO ANYONE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

THE DESIGNER THAT CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE WAS RECEPTIVE TO OUR NEEDS. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND OFFERED MANY SOLUTIONS TO HELP US MAKE THE BEST OF OUR CLOSET REMAKE. THE YOUNG MAN THAT CAME TO INSTALL DID A THOROUGH JOB, AND CLEANED UP WHEN HE WAS FINISHED.

THE CONSULTANT CAME TO MY HOUSE AND WE WORKED OUT A PLAN FOR THE TWO CLOSETS. I PAID $50 DOWN. THE KITCHEN CLOSET UNIT WENT IN WELL AND I LOVE THE NEW ORGANIZED SPACE. THE INSTALLER WAS PUNCTUAL, NEAT AND PROFESSIONAL. UNFORTUNATELY, THE CONSULTANT MISSED A PLUMBING ACCESS PANEL THAT WAS IN THE BATHROOM CLOSET. THE INSTALLER CAUGHT THE ERROR AND NOTIFIED ME IMMEDIATELY THAT THE NEW UNIT WOULD COVER UP THE ACCESS PANEL. AFTER CONSULTING WITH THE INSTALLER, THE INSTALLATION OF THE BATHROOM UNIT WAS ABORTED. I HAD SHELVES EXISTING IN THIS BATH CLOSET, BUT WILL NOW HAVE TO GET THE SHELVES CUT TO SIZE AT A WOOD SHOP SOMEWHERE. NOT TO MENTION THE TIME LOST CLEANING OUT THIS CLOSET, FINDING OUT IT WOULD NOT WORK AND THEN PUTTING EVERYTHING BACK. I AM ALMOST CERTAIN THAT I DISCUSSED THIS ACCESS PANEL WITH THE CONSULTANT, BUT SHE DID NOT RECALL THIS. SINCE I ALREADY PAID 50 DOWN WHEN I SIGNED THE CONTRACT, THE CONSULTANT CONSIDERED THE BILL PAID.

THE DESIGNER WORKED WITH ME WITH VISUAL CARDS TO HELP ME SEE WHAT I WAS ACTUALLY GETTING. I HAD IT INSTALLED AND THEN DECIDED TO CHANGE SOME PIECES. THEY CAME OUT AGAIN, WORKED IT THROUGH AND WITHIN THAT SAME WEEK CAME OUT TO REINSTALL FOR A VERY MINIMAL CHARGE.
