Installation crew was fantastic. This is a small shop, and it was a true pleasure to have a team of regular guys just getting the job done. I recommend them without reservation. I almost gave them a B for responsiveness because Bob doesn't do a lot of email, but I realized while typing that this would be completely unfair, for two reasons. A) Bob might not respond to email with email, but he did always respond with a phone call. Frankly, that is better on many counts. B) This ignores the amazing response to my RPF, which was both timely and thorough. So, really, this says more about my email-centric life than Mamayek's responsiveness."

"I would give Guardian Heating and Cooling 10 stars if there were a way to do that! These guys are outstanding! They showed up, after hours, to determine exactly what was causing our problem. We had already suspected it was time to replace our boiler since it had been more than 25 years old. Steve confirmed our thoughts about replacement. He quoted a fair price and scheduled a time to come back. He showed up early with the new boiler and within hours after their arrival, we were up and running. We had a little hiccup the next day, as things seemed to be working too well. We called Steve and he was at our house in minutes. We already wondered if the thermostat wasn't able to keep up with the new boiler set up. 30 minutes later, we had a new thermostat and everything was working properly. Steve and Adam were friendly and professional. Our basement was cleaner when they left than before they arrived. Their prices were reasonable and there were no surprises, price wise.
