Prior to hiring Trevor from Nordic Air. I had Over the Moon come give me an estimate to replace my old furnace. They charged me $150 and went thru this whole dog and pony show and at the end they said they need to turn my furnace off as it’s not safe. Giving me a lot of stress as they found some cracks in my heat exchange. Plus There quote was ridiculously high from researching on google. I reached out to Nordic Air and explained what they told me about my furnace. Nordic Air came out and did their own diagnose and gave me a honest quote for replacing it. Within a couple days Nordic Air came out and installed a new furnace. They were very professional and answered any questions I had. I definitely would recommend them.

Trevor quoted a price with pictures I sent him of my old furnace. He was honest and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He and Ian showed up on time and finished the word within the window he said it would be done. The price was affordable and a couple of thousand dollars cheaper do to him being a small independent contractor. I would recommend him to do your furnace replacement.

Also had furnace install. Trevor and Ian are the absolute best! Trevor explained yhe install process, and what would be expected upon arrival as well as each step. Both are highly professional, friendly, and both of these gentlemen did not hesitate to answer our questions as needed. Thoroughly cleaned the work areas spotless as well as explained new equipment upon completion. Highly recommend! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They deserve a 10!

My radiators weren't getting warm and Trevor came in and new how to fix the problem. He knew which pipes were causing the problem fixed it. Then he drained the air out of the radiators to make sure they kept me warm the rest of the winter. He offered advise and was kind and respectful. He was easy to talk to about my issue and personable and reasonable-- no judgement. He solved it in a timely manner and the cost was very reasonable.

Trevor was so friendly from the get-go. I felt comfortable asking him all my questions and he was easy to communicate with and get a hold of.
