"Swimmingly. I interviewed quite a number of HVAC companies for this job by sending out an RPF (Request for Proposal), and Bob Mamayek was unquestionably the most thorough in his on-site evaluation. Installation crew was fantastic. This is a small shop, and it was a true pleasure to have a team of regular guys just getting the job done. I recommend them without reservation. I almost gave them a B for responsiveness because Bob doesn't do a lot of email, but I realized while typing that this would be completely unfair, for two reasons. A) Bob might not respond to email with email, but he did always respond with a phone call. Frankly, that is better on many counts. B) This ignores the amazing response to my RPF, which was both timely and thorough. So, really, this says more about my email-centric life than Mamayek's responsiveness."

"Our nearly 40 year old boiler system had seen its last day. Steve with Guardian was easily accessible by phone, prompt, and helpful. He installed a new boiler and retooled the set up of our system. We re very happy with the service, speed of the install, and professionalism the guys showed. We didn t shop around much since we weren t interested in having too many people coming in and out of the house during the pandemic, but felt confident Steve was giving us good information and a fair price based on what we were told in the past and research we had done. I would certainly recommend Guardian to friends and family. They showed up exactly on time and were finished earlier than I expected. Work areas were cleaned up, inside and out. Not even any metal shavings in the grass where the new ducting was cut. "Better Way was on time and explained what they needed to do. I needed to have a new wire installed from thermostat to furnace. They moved my ceiling tiles in the basement, ran the wire, replaced my tiles and hooked up my new thermostat. They programed the new thermostat and walked me through registering it online. I never had a wifi thermostat before. Process was smooth and everything works great. Will use them again."
