- Weather Tight CorporationWeather Tight came and gave us a 2 hour presentation of what they would do, what products they have, great detail, little pressure. They sent someone in to re-measure all windows, make sure if insulation was needed (there was!), make sure we had what we wanted. We got new installed windows in the front half of the house, and the rear was just pocked installs. The work was done neatly and quickly. It took a total of 1 1/2 days to get all windows in. After each installed window, they vacuumed the floors and cleaned the area before moving to the next. Thewindows they put in have more insulation behind the frames, the windows slide up and down easily, can be locked slightly open for air but also for security. They are very easy to clean, flip open and wipe and close. There are NO drafts in the house and wonderful airtight windows! Thank you to weather Tight for a professional job. I normally do not like service men in my house, but these guys were professional, explained everything they were doing and I barely realized they were here

"We just completed installing a motorized retractable awning from [*** Link removed ***] and are super pleased with the quality of the build, appearance and customer support.? This Italian-designed, engineered and manufactured awning is assembled and shipped from RetractableAwnings.com Florida plant, so if you need assistance with the install, you should contact a local handyman, carpenter or contractor.? Ours is a Palermo Plus, 16 ft. wide, with an 11 ft.-10 in. projection.? The Internet salesperson, Eric Scop, V.P., really worked with us to understand all the options and get fabric swatches.? We ultimately selected a combination Rain/Sun sensor and Vibration sensor to automatically retract the awning in case of heavy rain or excessive wind.? I spoke with Rocky, their installation expert, for advice on preparing the ledger board to attach the awning to our vinyl sided home, right below the soffit.? His advice was instrumental in making the install go so well.? Further, the awning arrived already programmed to the Soliris transmitter and the motor limit switches were also set.? It shipped in a fiberboard box (this one was about 17 ft long and 1 ft x 1 ft square, weighing over 200 lbs.), which was extremely tough.? The truck driver ignored the box orientation stickers and used a hand truck to move it from the center, rather than two hand trucks, one at each end, per the clear placarding on the box.? Despite this, it arrived in great shape, other than a couple minor paint scratches, which we will fix with touchup paint they are sending at no charge.? While the enclosed wall brackets were different from those described in the installation manual (an improved design), installing them was no problem. An extra bracket was included, which we also installed as this will be a large ?sail? on the side of the house and we want it to stay there. "GREAT WARRANTY REPAIR SERVICES! Purchased $4,000 worth of vinyl flooring in 2017. Tenant in our duplex called and said the flooring was lifting up along a seam. Stopped at Stu's in Greenfield on Sunday and told them about it. Called Stu's on Monday and spoke with Dan, one of the owners. He said he would have a repairman out on Wednesday. Wednesday Tyler came out and fixed the problem - NO CHARGE! He said "Stu's just likes to keep our customers happy"! VERY HAPPY WITH THIS LEVEL OF SERVICE!
