The in shop experience was amazing. The gal at the front desk was super helpful answering my questions and making sure I knew what to expect with drapes that are over 20 years old. On the pick-up date the drapes were ready to go as expected and the team reported no issues with the cleaning. I hung them up at home and all sets were in perfect condition. My only opportunity I see is being more punctual with returning phone calls. After a few attempts I did speak with someone and determined I would use them for cleaning. Overall great company and great experience. Thank you!

.  I am so happy I found this company!  I had 2 miniblinds that were very dusty, and one had the turn handle snapped off.  The blinds had not been thoroughly cleaned for years.  Bob came out- took down each and returned to hang them a week later spotless!  And the handle was repaired so we could open and close the blinds again!  Well worth the $50!  They also do drop offs- saving you on the trip charge (which was very little to begin with)  I look at my blinds everyday and think they look new!  I am planning on having them do my silhouettes from my living room when I get the new carpet.

Outstanding in all respects.   When the owner came back to reinstall the drapes, he noted that our scheduled carpet cleaning had not been done timely due to weather forcing a change in that timing.  He suggested not hanging the clean drapes (they touch the floor) until the carpet cleaning was done, so as not to risk the drapes getting wet accidentally in the process.  He did not charge for having to come back, but we gave him a tip.

The provider cut a blind down and installed.  That all went fine Very appreciative he could help- seemed very knowledgeable. The responsiveness on getting here to put the blind up took a while. Many phone calls to the shop with no answers.

I had a hard time getting a hold of the installer. Canceled/ delayed  not great communication as to when the blind would be done. Process took weeks to finish.

They were wonderful. He just took them down and wrapped them up like it was nothing. He then brought them back in a week and rehung them. They are very efficient, cooperative and helpful.

It was uncertain if the draperies could be saved (the linings could not) because of age and sun damage. There was discussion about the possibilities-- pros and cons were weighed. The net result is that the draperies look wonderful. They were cleaned, pressed, and arranged on a hanger to preserve all the hard work. Jerry, who is listed on the receipt as having checked the draperies in, certainly knows his trade. The price was very reasonable. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

I took a few aluminum and vinyl window blinds in for cleaning.  I have done this once before a few years ago.  Both times the blinds come out as clean as the day I bought them.  I'm so glad I found them and for me they are conveniently located.

The cord was broken on my large fabric blind.  I took it and another fabric blind in for repair and cleaning.  Although I had help taking them down, I was reinstalling the blinds by myself.  The gentleman took time to demonstrate how the bracket worked, and how to clip the blind on.  Very nice.  I had service there many years ago on draperies, and would take other window treatments there as well.

Bob did an excellent job from start to finish. He came out, took down all of the blinds and drapes in my home, cleaned them, and installed them back into place. The cleaning made everything look nearly new again, and the installation was perfect. I would definitely use Draw Drapes again.

The man arrived on time and was very punctual.  He did the job professionally, cleaned up, and left.  The man was a real treasure and gets high remarks from me.

They had not been cleaned in 17 years (I'm embarrassed to say). They did a fantastic job. The individual who came to the house and took them and brought them back was amazing. I would use them again, and certainly not wait as long, now that I know the cost is reasonable and the service so professional.

It took them a few weeks to get the shade repaired and both cleaned - may be due to the holidays.  Other than that, the shades look better - may be my imagination but they seem cleaner.  This company is the best!  They are REALLY good at what they do!

I was surprised by several things .... The COST ... they were so reasonable -- quite INEXPENSIVE actually -- compared to the other cleaners I have used. The QUALITY of their cleaning ... when I picked the drapes up, got them home and put them back up, they looked new!! We were amazed. Friends who came over asked where I had gotten them cleaned because they were freshly pressed and cleaned. The PEOPLE who waited on me were nice and answered by questions. I've never felt this about a company I do business with, but I think they could easily raise their prices ... they are that good at what they do!!!

After a phone conversation with Bob, I arranged to drop off my blinds and have them serviced in a shorter period than ususal. After dropping them off, I found out that the Kirsch company who made my blinds, was no longer in the business, so getting replacement parts was not possible. Still, Bob was able to creatively repair the problem, and now everything looks & works great! I also appreciated that he phoned me to talk about the repair before deciding on how to do it in order to make sure the repaired blind would look good when rehung in my home. I picked up the blinds at the time arranged. Being a small company, it was very easy to communicate with them, and they seem to know everything about blinds! I got the feeling that they have a passion for what they do.

We thought that the price was fair. We were happy with remarks that we read on Angie's List. The location was convenient. We were able to pick them up in a weeks time.
