Batzner Pest Control

Terrible! They were great when they were locally owned. Rotokil purchased them and all went down hill. The changed from quarterly to 3 times a year. Increased the price. They never tell you when they are coming. Just scheduled and hope you can let them in. Tech was great but call center and customer service is as bad as it gets. Rude and dismissive

The company rep checked the area thoroughly, told us the product he was using, and applied it. Problem solved. Batzner has a good reputation for a reason. Their people are thorough and dependable.

The people at Batzner were extremely helpful. I spoke with Tom on the phone and he was super kind and understanding. I didn't realize until I called they actually have their own bedbug department. They were very knowledgeable. And I was extremely overwhelmed, upset, and scared that I was going to have a horrible problem ahead of me. Bryan came over to my house with his wonderful canine pal to look through my home and I was very happy to say that nothing was found. Bryan could not have been more kind, helpful, and courteous. He even waited for my husband to come home from work so that he could talk to him about what going on too. I would recommend Bryan to anyone, anywhere anytime. I feel very confident that my problem was solved and it was worth every penny.

The guy who came out his name was Eldridge and he was very helpful in explaining how their company controls pests. They are flexible with scheduling. It appears they use green / eco friendly products which put my mind at ease. They also gave an Angie's List discount. He did an excellent job! I will definitely recommend him and absolutely use him, again.

Going with Batzner on a regular basis. Multiple times per year a tecnician comes out and inspects, sprays, sets traps, etc. This turned out to be a good idea as both my wife and I became unable to get to. the basement The technician has found areas where rodents have tried to gain access to the house interior, Both in the basement and the garage. They pointed out outside areas that also needed attention. They have also responded to special situations. All in all I feel it is money well spent.

They're gone after one treatment. What I didn't like was the office person who scheduled the appointment, encourage me to set up a maintenance program before the technician even looked at my problem. I thought that was rather pushy. However the technician was more than professional and solved my problem.

so far it is working when others could not get it under control.

Very well. They asked good questions on the phone when I was setting this up. Person who did job knowledgeable had the equipment and took care of infestation first time.

They were able to solve the problem within the first treatment. I had some area of the house where little mice were getting in. They were able to detect it right away. I also had a big hornets hive on the side of the house. They were able to eradicate all of the pest right away. All of the technicians were very professional.

The tech spent a lot of time inspecting both the inside and outside of our home. He thoroughly sprayed the areas and took the time to explain everything to us. I saw immediate results and am very happy so far. We are having service done quarterly.

It went well' very knowledgeable. They inspectioned but found no evidenceof bedbugs. The gave us trap and I purchased additional one and told us how to inspect and how long the traps last.

They were professional and punctual. The pest control guy explained what they would do. Combined with our own maintenance and the spraying I have only seen one ant in the house and it was dying. The only thing I did not appreciate was the spraying got on our nice clean windows. I wish I would have been forewarned.

I don't like pests. I love this service. Brandon is my go-to guy. He is knowledgeable, kind, and loves his job. He approaches pest control like a puzzle - figuring out how critters can get across and how to combat that. We did have a mouse - Brandon found it and figure out how it came in. The company calls me to schedule when my appointment is and since I bought a plan, they do what needs to be done. We live in a wooded area, we know there are woodland creatures. After that one, we haven't seen another. Best money I ever spent. Brandon is on my homeowners altar.

They come out quarterly. They send out an notice, and let me know they are coming. They make sure that I don't want them to come on that date, so they can change it. They do a good job. The service was outstanding on everything. All visits. I have used them for years.

I have been using them for years. They come out every quarter. They do an thorough examination and servicing of the house. They do outstanding work. I will give that to them right off the bat. Nothing needs improving. They do the same job every time they come. I am on an service contract with them. They come out four times a year for an full check. They will come back out for any complaints. If I find anything that they have missed, they will come back out at no cost. I have had them for ten to fifteen years now.

Determined that it was birds and trapping wasn't necessary. Did not need their services.

Took a big problem, and eliminated the problem. A+

I am very impressed with Batzner's service. From the first phone contact through each follow up visit the staff were prompt, communicative and helpful. The mouse problem was effectively treated and the service technician identified several places on the exterior of the house where mice were entering. He told me an easy and effective way to seal the holes. I've used several other pest control companies and Batzner has been the best by far.

Went well, they showed up on time, explained the issue and did a great job ensuring that their treatment was successful.

Sunday night, my husband was in bed. He said there was a tick on the top blanket. We have a dog, so that wouldn't be totally surprising. But upon collecting the "tick," it looked a bit different, so I bagged it. Monday, I called Batzner. They have an entomologist on staff. I was told to take a picture of the insect and send it in via email. I did so and within a few hours I got the verdict that I had a bed bug. Off to the Internet because I am a bit of a doubting Thomas, but bed bugs have some very distinctive features and my insect completely matched. Oh, oh - those things are really nasty and not necessarily easy to get rid of. Although Batzner offered to come the next day, I had previous appointments all day. So Brian from Batzner came out Wednesday morning. He did such a thorough visual inspection and then brought in a dog which I had requested to do the sniff test. Because I am in a side-by-side condo, they needed to inspect the neighbors too (difficult call to tell the neighbors I might have bed bugs). BUT Batzner inspected their condo at no additional charge. Lucky for me, this bed bug seemed to be a lonely-only probably picked up at a restaurant or something. I was at my Dad's house (he lives in another state) a few years ago when they suspected bed bugs. The woman who did that canine inspection was not nearly as thorough as Brian from Batzner. I was totally impressed when he removed all the bedding, picked up our king size mattress after inspecting, and proceeded to carefully inspect the box springs - a favorite hidey-hole for bed bugs. Thanks for putting my mind to ease Brian from Batzner - I don't think anyone could have looked harder for a bed bug!

I have had other providers could resolve. Batzner solved my problem.

My workplace had a yellow jacket infestation, called several exterminators and Batzner replied first. They guarenteed three visits to resolve the problem, and they showed up three times, exactly as scheduled, and the problem was resolved.
