"We met Matt Trenkle at a home show in Madison. We were not looking for a cookie-cutter architect, we needed an eco-oriented designer with experience in alternative materials building. We were drawn to Matt's booth because his display showed that his work was right up our alley. We described our unusual plan and he was eager to take it on. Through a few exchanged emails we further discussed our needs, and he put together a proposal for the work. He is a personable and dynamic architect and worked up a thorough and very clear proposal for us, with a reasonable estimate for the work we were requesting.
