I am a general contractor with 22 years of experience. I don't just do it all I do it all WELL, and I take my time to make sure that the customer is happy with the end result. I generally work on a half down, half when the job is completed basis, but I will look at each situation individually and determine what is fair to the customer.

We are a small family owned home improvement company serving Janesville, Walworth, and parts of Kenosha County in Wisconsin. Currently we do not accept credit cards or have financing available. We do require payment upon completion of our services and on larger jobs a portion of the payment up front.

Small, Medium and Large Jobs Accepted. 25% to 50% payable at beginning of project. Terms for balance of payment will be submitted with bid and depend on scope of length of project.
