"With 2 toddlers and a newborn, we needed some really deep cleaning on our living room furniture. Refresh completely renewed our couch, ottoman, and chairs. Needless to say, Momma was happy :) Would recommend them any time, very thankful for clean furniture (for now... lol)!"

"The cost was part of the insurance settlement on the move. Their responsiveness took a while. They repaired the couch that you would not know that there was any damage at all. There was only one worker and it was the owner. He was good. He was fine."

"I had a pipe break in one of our rental properties and the carpeting was flooding. I called Satisfaction Plus to have them respond to the situation. They came in an expedited manner and cleaned/sanitized the carpeting. Their service and price made both, us and the tenant very happy."

"Krispy Clean, Inc. did a very nice job with my carpeting and couch cleaning project. However, when I first made the appointment they failed to put it on the books and the technician never showed up. When we called to request an ETA, we ended up having to reschedule for a later date--after we had already cleared all of the furniture out!"

"We haven't use them since then. They came back another time. They have done the stairs for us. There was just a little extra fee. When I had them come back again, they told me they weren't doing the stairs anymore which kind of upset me. I'd probably go with the company we go to right now."

"They did a wonderful job! I’ll be going with them for any future house cleanings."

"This was the best carpet cleaning service and crew I've experienced in the past 40 years. They were on time, very professional, explained everything they did before the began the process, and worked hard the hole time they were here and it didn't take them a long time to clean the entire house. I want the same team the next time I have my carpet cleaned."

"Carl came to my home to give me an estimate on my "damage". He showed up on time, was professional, listened to my concerns and gave me a fair price. When he returned to clean and scotch guard the carpeting and furniture, he showed up with the same professionalism. AND no hidden charges! Will definitely hire him again."
