The crew, Steve and Heather, were thorough and professional yet had the personality to keep things light and interesting. "I am very pleased with my experience with Top to Bottom. I started working with them in September of 2020. I had hail damage to my roof and siding and they walked me through the entire process of contacting my insurance company. I was floored by their customer service. Please note that if you are working with your insurance company, this will take time. Top to Bottom can only do so much but it is ultimately up to the insurance company to approve the work.
