"No clean up - the clean up is failing, the communication wasn't good. I never heard of a company that doesn't provide you with an invoice or give you something stating that it was paid in full. They didn't even offer to send a receipt. They told me they don't send invoices when I requested one. You have to babysit their crew. Customer pays the price for the job because you can't communicate since they don't speak English. Communication failed."

The holidays were hectic as they often are so we sat on the quote a bit. When I did follow up I was told they had an opening for Friday, Jan 3, so I jumped on it. The crew, Steve and Heather, were thorough and professional yet had the personality to keep things light and interesting.
