This was a top notch experience from start to finish. I couldnâ t be happier. Everyone was very professional. This is THE BEST customer service I have ever received! Everything delivered and performed as promised. I canâ t say enough good things!

Top to bottom construction is a very good company. I worked with mr. Gary Reagan and Taylor they helped me out with dealing with our insurance company and they where always there to answer any questions I had. I would hire them in the future for any other house projects I might need. I want to thank Mr. Gary and Mr. Taylor

I am very pleased with my experience with Top to Bottom. I started working with them in September of 2020. I had hail damage to my roof and siding and they walked me through the entire process of contacting my insurance company. I was floored by their customer service. Please note that if you are working with your insurance company, this will take time. Top to Bottom can only do so much but it is ultimately up to the insurance company to approve the work. The work to my home was completed in November and it turned out so nicely! Again, I 100% recommend Top to Bottom. The entire team there has been fantastic!

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not recommend to anyone. They are rude, unprofessional, liars, unorganized and messy. They decided to not schedule a time for our roofing project to start and they showed up to my property to start work and was i furious. Who on earth starts any work without scheduling with their customer? I was told ;oh we are sorry, the girl forgot to call and schedule you and she got yelled at. These people inside this company are ill-mannered. The workers who did the work and one of the guys who came to measure the roof, did not even measure the roof right the first time, and had two other guys come on separate occasions to measure again. If you give them special instructions or notes, they will not follow them. Whenever you call the office, their folks seem to all say different things. They will lie to you just to get you off the phone and make it seem it is all good. I had an issue with their downspout they installed into the cement ground. I was told by Paola today that it is under warranty and someone will be coming today or tomorrow to fix it. Then the owner calls me, a very rude, unclear, poor English speaking guy named Tom, gives me the run around and yells at me they will not be coming to do this fix and its not their fault. He was very disgusting and unprofessional. You and your company are terrible.

Everything good, great communication, on time, finished the job on time, very neat and clean and friendly office staff.

Quality work for a fair price! GREAT customer service. Highly recommended!

Only complaint is cleanup and disposal of old shingles and excess roofing material could have better.

Work has not started, but Wolfgang was able to get my insurance company to pay a majority of the cost.

The Customer Service and attention received from this company was outstanding. There was constant attention to detail by the Roofing Technician Wolfgang and Project Manager Bruce and the Roofing Crew. There was even an inspection done while the work was being accomplished to insure everything was going as planned. Roof Team leader Sebastian was very professional and his crew worked thru the day with one short break. Severe weather came thru the area the next day, and no leaks. The owner Tom even called to check on me and my new roof. I can't say enough about that. I will definitely refer this company to others.

Very fast service. Installed a roof on my house and garage in one day. Wolfgang was very friendly and helpful. Price was very reasonable compared to two other estimates.

The salesman Wolfgang was very good at explaining the whole process. The work crew was great. We needed a new chimney and a lot of repairs to the roof. They just finished today and Wolfgang went back up and took pictures so we could see the work that was done. They did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend Top To Bottom to my friends.
