"Troy came to the house and spent more than an hour figuring out the best way to install a ventilation system for my print room. There were a lot of challenges to overcome, but nonetheless he came up with a plan that I approved and at a more than fair price. On the day of the installation, the crew showed up right on time. They had to open my ceiling to route the ductwork, install the blower in the AC closet, and mount everything cleanly and neatly out of the way. By the time they were finished, you could not even tell they had opened a hole in the ceiling or been working there at all. Everything was perfectly cleaned up and professionally done. "Josiah did a great job on my dryer vent duct work. This ductwork was behind the wall and only accessible from the vents. Everything looked like metal semi-rigged duct work from what could be seen from both ends. I started cleaning the ducts myself then I noticed insulation coming out of the vents instead of dryer lint about midway down the ducting. Thats when I called home advisor and was connected with Wisconsin Natural Air Duct Cleaning. The material hidden in the wall was plastic flex ducting that had began to fail due to age and isn't suited to cleaning anyway (should just be replaced.) Josiah did a great job replacing the plastic with metallic flex ducting. I'll use WNADC again for some future projects."

Since I can do most of my services remotely with you over the phone, I am hoping to eventually open up to larger markets and help people from having to take their computer in to get it fixed, if it has internet access, I can usually fix it over the Internet. Just trying to do more to help my Angies List customers!!******** I am a sole proprietor that works out of my home. I am my only employee, but I have over 20 years experience fixing computers, and providing superior customer service. I work on a flat rate service, and don't charge by the hour because I feel it's important to educate the customer on what the issue is/was, and how to avoid it in the future. I feel that local service companies (my competition) have been overcharging customers for years. I offer a first time customer discount of 10% but I will offer 15% off for first time customers referred by Angies List. I've lived in the Huntsville area most all my life, so I know the area very well. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. Lastly, I should point out that I am a former offensive lineman for the University of Southern Mississippi and was Brett Favre's center his freshman year at Southern. I went on to play for Tom Landry in his last year, but gave up pro football early on to pursue my passion of fixing computers. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would do this for free because I love it! If you have a computer problem, I promise you that you couldn't find a better technician that will care about you as a customer, and not about the bottom line. I am always available, but don't always answer my phone, but if you leave a message, I promise to back with you as soon as possible...and figure out how to get your issue resolved in a quick, efficient and economical manner. "Rich was here when he said he would be. He checked the walls for moisture and mold, He also checked the basement for any moisture
or water damage. He found a little moisture in one wall of the basement and suggested possible fixes that I was capable of doing.
Over all he suggested that the roofer placed the exhaust fan to low, and that could be possible problems in the future.
 I would definitely recommend Custom Craft Environmental to anyone who has mold or water damage.

"What I didn't like, I hadn't had any other problem in my house until I had an air conditioning problem.  While, they did take care of fixing most of the stuff with the air conditioning.  I did have to pay for the coolant that went into it, that was kind of aggravating, since you  know you are already going to pay a $60-$80 service charge for something and the you turn around and think you are covered and find out there are gaps of coverage.  We'll fix the part and pay for the labor but everything else is on you.  I think outside of price all the categories are an "A".  For price I'd give it a "C", because it's not like you are getting complete coverage.  I'd use them again if I needed to, I'd definitely consider it."
