Greenscapes not only provided us with the most detailed estimate addressing all of our goals, they had by far the best price. Communication with Josh was outstanding. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns that I had and at no point did I feel uncomfortable or uninformed with what was happening. When the project started, the crew was prompt and very professional throughout. They went above and beyond for us in every way possible. We had a back yard full of rocks and a few very large boulders they removed without charging us for and even put in top soil and reseeded the areas where the boulders were without any additional charges or fees. The end result was simply awesome. We are so happy with the work they did for us. We have had many contractors/companies help us with various projects inside and outside our home, and none have been as great to work with as Greenscapes. My wife and I recommend them to anyone!"

"Austin was extremely professional and did very nice work. We had grading issues near the house and Austin helped craft a solution with me and then made it happen. I had struggled with other contractors in the area returning calls, not showing up when they said they would, and a variety of other issues - I did not have any of those issues with Clear View Land Management LLC. They showed up when they said they would, did what they said they were going to, and the price was very reasonable. I've included a few before photos of our issue, and then after the grading, and then after they were finished."

"Rivera Concrete Paving's $8,500 bid became $11,000. Owner Magdiel Rivera adds charges after you're committed and doesn't follow through after payment. Cost increases: I mentioned roots upfront - he said equipment could handle it, then charged $450. Said grading unnecessary, then created false urgency claiming we HAD to grade before concrete. Later said could grade after. Added $1,800. Crew broke drainage pipes, charged me $250. Couldn't move AC condenser despite my asking during estimate. Payment tactics: Said pay "when satisfied." Then requested half early, then full payment before done. When I said work incomplete, he asked "Don't you trust me?" then broke promises. Broken promises: Walkway cured wrong, no follow-up. $1,800 grading included 3-month landscaping - no communication. Promised debris cleanup, later said not responsible. Damaged 4-month fence, couldn't repair properly, paid $300 after pressure. Dismisses costs at estimate, adds them later. Makes promises, then excuses."
