"Excellent experience with Dany Tree Service. Highly professional company with very competitive pricing. Great communication, flexible and easy to work with. Came out exactly when we agreed and willing to be flexible with some sewer construction on my street that impacted access to the property. In less than two hours, removed a 35 ft. tree and ground 4 stumps on the property; very impressive. Worked quickly and cleaned up very well afterward. Will recommend to everyone I know who needs tree services. A very pleasant and stress-free experience!"

"Ruben and his team were excellent. Took down two dead ash trees, trimmed up my front trees and everything was organized and planned out. Local business and great customer service and superb clean up. Going to hire the company many times again. Price was extremely fair."

"After two weeks after the initial tree removal, I am still waiting for someone to remove the stumps as discussed during my meeting with Armando. At time of service, I was informed someone else would stop by in a few days and remove the stumps and roots. Still waiting"

Tree Service questions, answered by experts

Yes, forestry mulching can grind stumps, but the level of effectiveness depends on the equipment used. Drum mulchers can break down smaller stumps, but larger or deep-rooted stumps may require a dedicated stump grinder for complete removal. If full stump removal is necessary for replanting or construction, additional excavation may be needed. Always check with your forestry mulching provider to confirm whether they offer stump grinding and if their equipment is suitable for your specific needs.

Peach trees don’t tend to live as long as other types of trees and crops. They tend to last only about 12 years, and you shouldn’t expect to see a full peach harvest each of those years, either. Young peach trees need a few years to get established before they produce fruit, but you should have plenty of peaches for your pies and cobblers during their mature years, around years four through eight.

Coverage varies quite a bit by policy, but most homeowners' insurance policies will cover $500 to $1,000 of the cost of removing a tree. Additionally, if your tree causes damage to your property, like your house, many policies will cover some or all of the costs to repair the damage, depending on why the tree fell.

Before you cut down a dead palm tree, try to revive it using the methods listed above. However, there are instances when it makes sense to remove a dead palm tree, including:

  • The heavily infected tree will infect nearby trees, bushes, and plants.

  • The palm’s roots are overtaking your yard, foundation, and sidewalk and causing structural damage.

  • The tree is unstable and a hazard to your property, your neighbor’s property, and pedestrians.

If tree branches cross well into your property line, in many cases, these branches become part of your property, and you can trim them up until your neighbor’s property line. However, this issue will vary based on local ordinances, so you should do your research before making any decisions. Better yet, speak with your neighbor about how to handle any tree issues.

If you don’t mind the branches, you can leave them be, but if they’re becoming a hazard, it’s definitely worth having a conversation.
