"Quick to respond to my email contact--Friday late afternoon--to see the project and offer a quote. Returned on Saturday morning to do the work. A large branch on a locust tree had cracked and was resting on the roof. When they arrived I asked if they could also do some trimming on a second branch. They readily agreed and the price adjustment was minimal. The 3 workers were friendly, efficient, and hauled away all the wood and trimmings."
