He arrived on time and I hadn’t been home when he started and he had half the tree down when I arrived. Clean up was awesome nothing for me to do. He placed all the wood where I requested. "Steve in a unicorn in the world of contractors! He called to schedule my appointment a half hour after I sent out a request. He was held up at a job and ACTUALLY got in touch with me to let me know he was running late THEN he showed up, was polite and professional. After looking at the work I needed done, he looked at his watch as said "well there is 2 hours left of sun, can I start now"? !!!!! I thought I would have to wait weeks.
