"Initial communication was excellent and we were very pleased and felt confident we had made the right decision using this company to help with our move. It became rather clear that they were very concerned with watching the clock.  We ended up paying for a
third hour and still didn’t get close to being loaded.  My wife and I were left with a yard full of items and nowhere to put it.  We had to
rent a second truck and load it ourselves. 
GOOD THINGS:  Polite.  Punctual.  Courteous. 
BAD THINGS: Packed the truck poorly and we had to rent a second truck.  Taped a dresser shut with packing tape and the finish was completely ruined once we removed the tape.  Scraped/damaged our dresser.  Walked on boxed.  Walked on leather couch.  SUMMARY: We got the job done but I wouldn’t recommend this team.
