Best Buy delivery damaged my home during an install and contracted the repair out to PAMM. I couldn’t have been happier with the company and have since used them for additional projects. I own a rental property in Waukesha and PAMM will be the first and only people I call when I need repairs done there and as well as my primary residence. I have them work on a deck build, repair to drywall, baseboard and molding and everything exceeded my expectations.

The initial communication was great. I sent them detailed pictures of a used sink (in great condition). They confirmed they could install it. They sent someone out a month or so later, only to be told that they can't install it. Which was okay with me, but the reason was because it didn't have a sink bracket (there were no other issues with the sink) and they actually weren't comfortable installing used sinks after all. I paid them $60 dollar to come out for something that could have easily been resolved through a phone call. This was a simple communication error on their part and there should have been no charge. Overall disappointed with the lack of professionalism in communication and ability to work with me. I would be concerned in the future that they would send someone out simply to receive a travel fee, without communicating first with the installer and the customer about what needs to be done. I was willing to go with a new one had they communicated this up front. I am now several months behind on the project. Very disappointed.

"Thank you for your review, [Member Name Removed]but full transparency regarding this situation would be appreciated. You contacted us for a remodel bid. A remodel project that was estimated to take about a week and 1/2 to complete. After travel costs, clerical time to put the estimate together and the time it takes to look up materials and costs, I was then contacted by you, stating you only want to install a sink, nothing else. Per my email I informed you that we only complete larger scale projects and installing a sink would be under our daily premium. I stated we will make an exception for you, I spoke with the owner and agreed we can install a NEW sink for half of our daily premium cost. We were scheduled a month out at that time, I made you aware and you said it was not an issue. I then receive an email from you stating you found a used sink from Habitat for Humanity. I said, well if it is used, we can TRY to install it. I then asked for the signed work proposal and deposit to hold your scheduled date. I received the signed proposal but no deposit. The day before the job was scheduled you called me to confirm the appointment was still on. I stated I did not receive the deposit that was required to hold the date, but again, we will make an exception, and I entered the sink install back into the calendar. Day of, our crew member arrives and inspects the used sink. It was not 100% and there were missing parts. We were not comfortable installing it as the used sink reaped potential to leak. We advised you that if you bought a new sink, as originally discussed we could install it and the job would be completed to its entirety. We hold our company and employees to high standards. We will certainly do our best to meet the customer's needs and make exceptions, but we will not compromise our integrity and piece together a used sink with missing/defective parts, especially if it risks the potential to leak, which your used sink did. In regard to the $60, yes, our employees are compensated for their time."

Dan, owner of Premier Asset Management and Maintenance LLC (PAMM, LLC), does quality work and does it exactly when he says he will. We had seen that in the past with several projects that he had done for us. Because we have so much confidence in him, we asked him to completely remodel our kitchen. When we requested a few additions to the project, Dan said “We can work with that”. When the countertop measurer pushed his own schedule, Dan said “We are going to make that happen”. Communication with Dan's office is easy. Things are going smoothly and I am looking forward to posting photos of the job when finished.

We needed a complete rebuild of a second story deck on our house. Luckily, we found P.A.M.M. to help us out. Working with Dan and Deanna was all pretty straightforward. They were punctual, communicated well, and completed the project on time for the amount we were quoted. They did a nice job cleaning up between work sessions, as well as at the end of the project which we really appreciated. The deck looks great and is solidly built. See attached photos.

I was looking for someone who could do ongoing maintenance of my home and could do just about anything - not too specialize. (I’m retired and not very handy myself.) These guys met my expectations. They are hard working, taking only a short lunch break, honest, and I get the feeling they treat my house like it was their own. My neighbor also hired them for some construction work and she was very happy. They are not the cheapest but I do highly recommend PAMM. I have no reason to go elsewhere.

In a series of unrelated events, I have used 3 contractors for flood recovery in the last 18 months. I retrospect I wish I had gone with PAMM from the beginning. Dan listens well and knows his business. Dan and his crew were in and out in two and a half days. They put in a frame, subfloor, insulation, paneling and trim. This is an old piecemeal house, built on a slab, Dan made great choices and I cannot believe how good it looks. My house was protected and left clean. I plan to have more work done soon and PAMM will be doing it.

Excellent Job. 2nd time I hired this company. Why, because of their craftmanship and attitude. I don't hire them for little jobs, but ones that take days to complete. I had a difficult (near impossible garage door (the one you walk through) that just wasn't closing right, and they said it needed replacing, but also found a rotted stoop. Replaced the frame and stoop, caulked and cleaned the area and took away the old wood and frame. In my bathrooms, they cleaned the old caulk off my tub and floor and re-caulked, and caulked around a pipe in the wall. Fixed hand railings, door handles and mitigated a drainage problem and did some painting. Try them, and you will agree with me.

The job was done well. The workers were professional, courteous, cleaned up during the project as well as after it was done. They explained the extra work that had to be done based on what they found after they started the job. That possibility had been discussed prior to starting the job so there were no surprises. I am extremely happy with the work PAMM did when they came to my house in April and cut down 11 trees, including grinding the stumps. There were 4 small to medium size trees and 7 large to very large trees. It took 2 days to cut down and grind all of the trees and 3 days to remove all of the debris. There was a bunch of large and small branches, small sticks and sawdust to remove and everything was totally cleaned up. In addition, two other trees were trimmed in the front and back yard. The tree in the front had large and very high branches leaning over the house. The branches were cut down using a lift and now there are no more branches leaning over the house. The last task that PAMM did was replace a dusk to dawn outdoor light on the barn. The cost of completely removing 11 trees was very reasonable. I was originally going to remove 9 trees, but the cost was lower than expected so I added two more trees. I highly recommend PAMM to anyone that needs to remove or trim trees.

They did a great job with the wallpaper in our powder room. I struggled to find someone to complete the job in our new construction so I ended up choosing them somewhat blindly. I was so happy with the end result! They were so efficient even with the correspondence back and forth. They were very accommodating as we had to push the date to accommodate our build timing. They made the whole thing quite seamless. I would definitely recommend.

PAMM LLC was outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone. The owner Dan and two of his employees showed up four straight days in a row and worked from 9:30ish to around 5-5:30ish. Four sold days of working, they were non-stop – no breaks or lunches that I could see. All were pleasant, professional, and at the end of the night they cleaned up everything and took all their tools with them – even though it would have been easier to leave them. They wanted to leave our home clean. As you might have guessed with four days of projects, I needed a lot from them. I priced out a couple of Handymen companies and the way they sent the quote - made the most sense to me. They organized some of the work by project and some by the hour. At the end of the 4 days some of the hourly rates were broken down into how much time they really spent. Some of them only took 15 minutes so that was all they charged for. All supplies they purchased were documented by receipts. Their service was excellent and they earned every dollar. Try them, you won‘t be sorry.

I am giving PAMM,LLC a high A rating. I requested a variety of services ranging from fixing a refrigerator drawer to building and painting a new outside railing with a post and spindles. Dan and his crew were efficient, professional, multi-talented and completed all requests in a timely manner. The cleaning and repainting of the porch was fantastic he even put some grit for the steps so that it would make it safer going down when the steps were wet or icy. After pressure washing the garage and cement driveway they look brand new again . They were very professional and stayed on a job till it was done . I have them coming back to pressure wash and water seal my fence around my yard this fall .

,We have already hired pmml since their first appt. Extremely efficient, excellent work. Did fence replacement, planted various plants (asked us to check their work), cleared large area of dead branches and weeds along lot line, removed dead bushes and weeds in planting area. Made repair to yard shed (roof and painted), removed bee hive from shed. Various other yard cleanup. Very amiable. Very professional. Will certainly call them again. This includes 2 days work.

All went very well. Dan is polite, respectful, knowledgeable. We talked about what needed to be done and he took it from there. Quickly and efficiently completed the smaller jobs first and then Dan made a trip to Home Depot and came back with sleek looking LED lights which he and his brother Isaac installed. The basement lighting looks great. Wish I had discovered this company sooner. All you ladies out there looking for a skilled handyman who shows up ready to go and gets the job done properly, look no further. Highly recommend Dan, Isaac, Deanna and this company overall.
