I hope to update this review more favorably once the work is done but I have had an extremely hard time getting a response from the office or the project lead. My project is scheduled to start on 10/5/22 and as of 10/4/22 I have made numerous calls to the office and have not heard back from the contractor on whether the work will start on time. Also, the office has not been responsive to my request for a certificate of insurance from G3 Contractors. I am hopeful that all will go well but it is not feeling good at this moment. Great job with the demo and fill in the pit very well but I'm unhappy with the topsoil too many large rocks and other debris not conducive to starting a new lawn

G3 razed a small house, regraded the area on which the house was situated, and applied topsoil seed and erosion control measures to the area. The work performed was top notch! They were always on time, communicative, and really professional. Their price was extremely fair! Just fabulous all around. We will definitely hire them again!
