"Install was easy. Up front cost was pretty low with Angie's List coupon. Monthly price is a little high compared to competing companies. Response time with alarms is excellent. I was advised to use glass break alarms within 10 ft of my first floor windows, which we installed correctly. I asked prior to installation if having one in the kitchen would cause false alarms due to dishes clanging, etc. I was told the glass break alarms are configured to a precise frequency that alarms with breaking glass. So, not a "no", but not really an answer. Well, every time we cook dinner, wash dishes or empty the dish washer, the kitchen glass break alarm gives a warning which would sound the alarm if it was set. This has caused us a number of false alarms while we've been away due to shifting bowls or plates in our drying rack. For the first several we've had to pay our police department $120 to check the house, and I was only notified after the first alarm that there was a cheaper option for a security company to drive by to check for a break in."

"They gave us the best rate and the setup was great for ADT system. The installer did have to tell us about other options that would cost more money but he did not pressure us when we declined. We had door, window and motion detectors included. They gave us a week to practice on the new system, but we could call if we were ready to go live sooner which we did. Set up was quick, easy and uneventful. Very nice installer, Phillip Brown. The cost was quoted at a low price, but the bill came from ADT and was much higher. We were told the contract to ADT did not catch up and we will be getting the lower price with a reimbursement for the excess of the first bill. We did the $99 install and are getting a $100 gift card back. 3 year contract is a little annoying but we plan to stay here for a long time."

"Worked extremely carefully with the tv mount. Actually took time and effort to make sure it was done well and also nice. I'm very happy that there are not cords just hanging around, instead they are covered and out of vision. Very happy with everything that was performed, from customer service to finish. "Things couldn't have gone any smoother. They performed excellent work and were very attentive to my needs. I met with Joe on a Friday and he explained the packages he had along with showing me the quality of the video taken by their cameras. I was very impressed. I told him I would have to think it over so he gave me his business card along with his cell phone number. He also stated if I went with his company, installation could occur in about 2 weeks. The only issue I had was the 90-day warranty and the quarterly fee covering the equipment and labor. Joe and his supervisor quickly extended the warranty to 1-year and told me I could start paying the quarterly fee after the 1-year was up if I wanted to. After I signed the contract, I was pleasantly surprised to learn my installation would take place 5 days later. Joe and his installation crew arrived early and went over the installation plans. Joe stated he would call me when the installation was over to find out how if there were any problems. The crew worked tirelessly in the cold and their work was impeccable - not a wire in sight - and they did an excellent job of cleaning up any debris. After the installation, the crew installed the necessary software on my computer, tablet, and phone. After making sure I could operate the software on each device, they proceeded to show me how to record and export the recordings in the event I wanted to save them. Overall, I was very pleased with the work Joe and his installation crew performed. I will be highly recommending them to anyone in need of security cameras or alarms. They did an excellent job!!"

"We installed it ourselves. For all the equipment and everything it was $103. The price was very good because my monthly payment was only $49 a month. I like them better and I have heard too many horror stories for another company. Responsiveness, I would have to give them a 100%. I have set the alarm off by opening the door without turning it off and they were right on top of it to call and make sure we were okay. I love it. I feel safe. The quality is good. We own our equipment so when we move it will go with us. We have 9 sensors that came with that plus the other one that will go off when you move around, the motion sensor. I have had no bad problems at all. They are alert and call right away to make sure we are okay. I have the key fob and also it is battery operated if the power goes out. It is wireless and I can program it from my phone."

"Andy’s garage Door Repair & Handy Service tuned up the garage door (replacing the rollers, doing various adjustment, etc.) and replaced the broken torsion spring. The field service technicians were very professionals, friendly, and over all good guys. The Total cost was very reasonable and I was very happy with it, the work, and with the response time and time it took them to do the work. The door now is quieter operation, and I am very happy with the end result. I highly recommend Andy’s Door repair."
