They had to remove all the bricks from the roof up, replaced the brick, flashing and any rotten wood underneath/around the chimney area. Really nice team that did a beautiful job. Very well priced! If it’s more than that, has any windows, or you have steps leading to your main entrance, you likely have a different foundation style.
