They were responsive to my request for a quote and took the time to walk around the property with me to look at everything we needed done. The work was scheduled quickly (same week) and done efficiently. They left our yard exactly how they found it which is always a plus when having several trees and bushes removed. "They made me wait for a week to get an estimate, booked an appointment with a four hour window on a Friday of a Holiday weekend and then failed to show or call. When I called to complain, their concession was to attempt to make me wait another week and hold me hostage with a two hour window. Not acceptable. When are contractors like this going to get their scheduling act together and stop standing working people up? If they don't want to perform free estimates, then don't. This was the only contractor Angie recommended. Dissapointed with them as well. I have a paid membership."
