Johnny arrived before appointed time , was courteous and provided very timely service . Had three locks ke-keyed with in 30 minutes . Highly recommended .

I hired them to change my locks and during the course of the lock change, my perfectly functioning door latch was suddenly "broken". After waiting for over four weeks for "a part" to arrive to fix it, my custom designed door hardware was replaced by them with an off color, broken handle and latch. To be fair, I paid for the original lock changing, but am now stuck with a broken door latch and will have to call someone else.

Our records have been checked & we find no work order with your name or address in our files during 2015 Please supply us with a copy of your invoice, canceled check, or credit card receipt. Our company has had several complaints come in for jobs that were not ours. We would like to investigate & make your concerns right. We also checked for locks that were special ordered 5/1/15 to 8/31/15 and found no special orders placed or received. We take all complaints seriously and would be glad to discuss this matter with you, our office number is 4144475200."

The cost was $40 for the first lock, and $15 per lock after that.

well except updates/changes to work were told however, didnt get a price update til end. Owner was very responsive and adjusted price. Apologized. I will use them in the future if needed.

They came out made a key for my pontiac Sunfire and I was on my way within 45 minutes. The Tech was courteous and knew what he was doing. Good Job.
