"Mike is very nice, professional and hard working. My home has an edible landscape in raised beds with bark chips and hardscaping covering any areas where there are no beds. Mike regularly clears weeds and engages in trimming and pruning to keep my fairly large residential property looking nice. He has also removed a few fruit trees that I formerly planted too close to a pergola. When he semi-dwarf fruit trees, be removes them clear to the ground and then digs out any remaining stumps and large tap roots so that the empty ground can have the existing soil improved so that the ground can have additional plantings later is so desired. Mike speaks broken English, but is very edept at using the Translate app on his phone so that we can have full and complete conversations together. I very much enjoy having mike and sometimes his wife coming to my home to engaging in landscaping projects and give them my highest recommendation without reservation. Mike has been working for me for about 3 years. I believe that he is honest and trustworthy and he cleans up after he is done so that the worksite looks much better than it did before he started. "After giving it some thought & inspecting the work accomplished, I'm not impressed by the quality of work done, the amount of damaged caused & the amount I paid. The estimate was free & Obdulio Perez stated "Three Days & $1500 to clear my overgrown, blackberry-infested back yard." The First day, he arrived with One other person, worked for Two Hours & demanded Half Payment, saying he would return at 9:30 AM the following day. Day Two he arrived at 10:30 AM with additional workers (6, total) and proceeded to clear the briars & mow-down the grass. The worked about Four additional hours, removed all overgrowth debris, received the balance of the payment & were gone. After their departure I inspected the work quality & this is what I discovered: Communication Wires attached to the house (Telephone lines, Ground Lines & Coaxial Cables were severed during use of the Gas Trimmer) and the Roof Mounted Antenna Line which provides Broadcast Television Service to My Television was also severed, multiple times. He is not careful & now I must have Repair Teams come to the house to reconnect these assorted cables, so my home operation can return to normal. (I will not pay for Cable Television Service!) ALSO: Speaking with my neighbor, who also hired Perez to perform the same work at his property only paid $1,000. I PAID TOO MUCH and now must Pay More to undo the Damages they created! ($250/Hour seems really steep & there is still much work required, which he wanted additional pay to accomplish! You can do better; I DO NOT RECOMMEND!)"
