"I would just like to Thank Nick & Ryder from D&W Drywall LLC for doing such an amazing job putting Flooring in 3 of our rooms. They were very reasonable in their prices. Very professional, but also had good humor. We would recommend them for any type of job, except electrical and plumbing. (They do not specialize in these areas) We will be hiring them again soon, to put a new front door on our home. Very happy with our new floors!"

Overall, vinyl isn’t as durable as linoleum, but it performs best in areas with high levels of moisture. Luxury vinyl plank (LVP) or luxury flooring tile (LVT) has added durability with just a slightly higher price tag. 

Vinyl and laminate flooring can have a similar life span. Both well-maintained laminate and luxury vinyl flooring can last up to 25 years. If the gap is large, you may need to insert backer rod, such as a foam filler, before caulking. Once dry, paint the caulk to match the baseboard for a clean, seamless look.
