"My wife and I moved into our home last Nov. We completed many renovations that included lots of dust and the vents and returns likely were never serviced, at least not for a LONG time. So, I decided that I wanted my vents to be cleaned. After an attempted bait and switch from a FaceBook solicitation, whom was going to WAY overcharge me, and I declined their service, I casually asked my HVAC guy for a recommendation. He said use Powervac, LLC. I had never heard of them, but trust my HVAC guy, so I called. My initial interaction with Mary was great. She was VERY kind, caring, and informative. They were booked out a couple of weeks (for obvious reasons). She had me scheduled out to 6/18 on the calendar and would call me if any cancellations. She ended up calling me 2x to move the date up and here it is 6/12 and the work is complete! It's really a cool process and the two technicians, Jason and Matt, worked hard, communicated very well, had a great sense of humor, and their teamwork was outstanding! Many companies have lost the art of Customer Service. PowerVac, LLC has not and in fact operates like a well oiled machine. Saved me $300 over the FaceBook ad. Highly recommend them!!!"

"Christenson plumbing did all the plumbing involved in our significant remodel that included the kitchen, 2 bathrooms and the laundry. They also plumbed our new gas range/propane tank set up and fixed an outside faucet that had been leaking and frozen for years. Brads son did most of the work and he is not only talented, but also personable. The whole company is great to work with and the results were beyond expectations. I cannot recommend them highly enough."

"All Fuel saved the day! I took my stovepipe apart to clean it and did not realize that the top flange slips down the pipe. I thought that I had pushed the pipe up through the ceiling support box! Had a roofer out who assessed from topside and told me it looked good up there. I called around to other businesses and they “required” a tier 2 inspection for a cost of $359 and additional charge to come back out. All Fuel had me send photos and advised me that the pipe was fine and that I just needed to pull the end of the pipe upward to reconnect! Free of charge! They are reputable and honest and empathetic. "Truly excellent. Installation of Lennox AC unit. And humidifier. We joined their service club for twice annual maintenance visit. They are very with it. They know your system when you call, and as a service member, you get quick response service. They confirm appointments by text, text you when they are coming and about to arrive. And you cab track the driver. Always knowledgeable service pros when on site with clear explanations of what happened. Pricing seems very good too. I wish all vendors were like this. 5 stars for sure."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"
