We did a full replacement of our natural gas furnace and AC unit that were 22 years old. The AC gave out after last summer's brutal heat, so it gave us a change to also upgrade the furnace to something more efficient and quieter. Dave was professional, highly competent, and very competitive on price. He also was easy to work with and to schedule with.

He put my mind at ease - performing the necessary tune-up but also taking the time to explain many components and the safety features I was unaware of - and did not try to take advantage of me as a novice; no upselling for anything. Keeping his info for all future HVAC concerns and routine maintenance.
