"Pressure washing went fine (missed a section). Painting ok but did not prep like promised. Re-caulking was not done. Screw holes left by previous gutters etc. were not filled but just painted over. Contract said 2 coats of paint but only got one (no back roll but was not in contract). No crew but only 1 man (he was fast - painted house and trim in 2 days). House was decent but trim was a bit sloppy (not clean lines, trim paint drops on deck steps etc.). All in all, B- to B."

"Jerry was quick to respond and negotiate the bid as I had additional requests to add to the bid. I had several other bids that needed further negotiations that were not adequately addressed. Jerry was responsive to my concerns and made an effort to address any issues. I wanted the gutter painted as I noticed the unpainted gutters attract dirt and stain over time and Jerry had no problem adding that to the bid. Most of the work was completed by his worker. However, Jerry completed the touch up work himself. He did provide a high quality paint and 2 coats. Jerry was really good about checking the quality of the prep work and the paint job. "I guess I caught them on them on a bad day. 90% of the job was good, there was a couple of areas that to my view was just sloppy. Josh did come back twice to correct the areas of concern. He was mostly prompt and polite in answering my emails, though one day I stayed home because I was told he would show up, but did not, nor did he let me know he was held up. Clean up was so-so, they used an air blower, there was metal trimmings left on the deck, not good for the dogs. For me there was too much aggravation to hire them again."
