From the first text I was told of Bill’s expected wages. After sending a picture of the project of sanding and staining my balcony deck I was told of his timeframe to complete. He finished within that time frame. Product costs were naturally included in the final cost with receipt in hand. The best part is I now have a way overdue refurbished deck! I was so impressed with his customer service skills I have already referred him to a friend. Thanks again Bill. I’ll be seeing you again for my next overdue project. You’ve got yourself another customer. I’ve got a handyman!
