Coming from many different backgrounds, the small but innovative team of management came together to form a moving company with nothing but the clients needs in mind. This company has proved to be not only backed by knowledge and experience, but heart as well. On the Go Moving strives to be as efficient as possible without compromising the quality service that you deserve and expect. The key to any move is good planning. Our trained professional movers are more than capable of performing all the packing and moving of your belongings. Basic Moving Plan at $170 per hour – Includes two movers and one truck. Three Man Moving Plan at $245 per hour – Includes three movers and one truck. Four Man Moving Plan at $285 per hour – Includes four movers and a truck. All of these services are priced according to the number of movers. Each additional mover adds another $55 dollars per hour to the overall charge and each is based on the use of one truck. Please read the following before you decide to hire this company. I recently hired On The Go Moving & Storage for my apartment move within Bellevue, WA, and unfortunately had a terrible experience. The movers were extremely careless with fragile items--both of my high-end computer monitors were dropped and badly damaged due to clear negligence. To make matters worse, rather than genuinely helping resolve the issue, their customer service turned out to be shockingly rude and dismissive. Initially, the supervisor assured me they'd replace the monitors, but once payment was requested, their attitude completely shifted. The company insisted on full payment upfront without any guarantee of proper compensation. Communication quickly deteriorated into threats rather than cooperation; they repeatedly mentioned collections and legal action instead of working toward a fair solution. The claims process felt deliberately misleading, offering just $75 for damages worth over $850. The entire ordeal showed that On The Go Moving & Storage lacks accountability, professionalism, and basic customer empathy. While I understand the valuation process, my main concerns revolve around the negligence in handling fragile items and the inappropriate and unprofessional manner in which my claim was addressed. Accountability, professionalism, and empathy should always be a priority, irrespective of state guidelines. We provide Long Distance Moves across the entire country, directly from our West Coast HUBS located in AZ, CA, OR and WA. Or, we team with our partner companies to complete moves together. We are proud to provide a service that no other company offers; Dedicated Trucks. This means that your belongings are loaded on the truck and not combined with anyone else’s items (from/to west coast only). They are not transferred to other trucks or facilities in route which causes damage and loss of items (typical with van lines). We have a set loading day and unloading day. This is by far the safest way to ship. Our interstate rates are per 24ft moving van that holds up to 8,500lbs or 1400CuFt. Some customers require one truck and some require more. One truck holds the average 1800SqFt.

We were told the move would be done in one large moving van. We were told they had an office and storage facility here in San Angelo. None of those things were true. They showed up at 8:00 PM to load things. The manager, using an alias informed me that they actually didn't use a large van and that they would have to charge an additional $2,200 to meet the schedule we were promised. We were hours from having to be out of our home. My wife panicked and we paid the extra charge. The total cost of the move was more than twice the estimate. It took almost a month to get the final load, and we are missing over $5,000 worth of our belongings. When we asked how to file an insurance claim the manager refused to tell me who the insurance company was and instead referred us to an intermediary with no real address or phone. "
