Had this team come to help with a move out today and their work far exceeded my expectations. They were prompt, great with communication and did an absolutely phenomenal job getting my belongings loaded into pods for a cross country move. I’ve worked with so many moving companies over the years and I legitimately have never had such a great experience with movers. I’m only sad that I can’t hire them on the other end of the move!

These guys were great. They showed up on time, and worked quickly. To unload our apartment they had to take everything down a flight of stairs. It was definitely hard work, and they did it with a cheerful attitude, and attention to detail.

I’ve now worked with American Moving Company three times because of how great their team is! They’re quick to respond, fairly priced, friendly, and very professional.
The first job was helping my dad move from Roy to Maple Valley — everything went perfectly. The second time, they helped load and drop off a 17ft truck full of donations, which saved us a ton of time and effort. The third time, they disassembled and hauled away an old canopy, cover, and wood floor with care and efficiency.
It’s been months of clearing out my family’s home and property, and they’ve truly made the process smoother and stress-free. I highly recommend American Moving Company and wouldn’t use any other movers!

Great experience! Very responsive to all questions. Charles and EJ (AJ?) ran their tails off and had fantastic attitudes. My storage unit was like a Jenga, but they sized it up and took things out and then inserted like Tetras into the truck. It was packed. The quote was right on the money. The Google, Yelp and Angie reviews weren't lying. This company is great!

The movers were friendly, careful, professional, and very skilled. They watched out for our furniture, our house, and their own safety. The marble table move was a tough challenge. But they did it flawlessly. It was an amazing, wonderful and stress free experience. We will call them first for any moving needs next time. American Moving company did a great job! I used them for a whole house move but I remember they said they do single item moves and deliveries as well. They were polite, on time, and made a stressful enjoyable. I’ve used them twice now (once for myself and once for my parents). Definitely would use again them in the future.

I rarely write reviews, but I am so happy I found this company to help us move things from our University Place home to our new Edmonds home! They did an exceptional job for a very reasonable price.
