Super Friends did a great job and were easy to work with and able to accommodate non-vanilla moves, ie steep driveways, multiple stairs, etc. Friendly and careful staff. Your stuff will be safe and delivered as promised.

Great. I wrote late on Sunday night, I had a response before I woke up on Monday with a price and time window, wrote to accept and was sent the names of the two-guy crew. They ended up being a bit late but did call an hour before to say when they would arrive. The price was a lot for 10 min of work, but I couldn't have moved this myself and other companies quoted me more for a two-week timeframe. Plus all their travel. I'm okay with this, I would totally recommend them.

The Super Friends Moving team did not assess the move logistics before partially wrapping my piano and carrying it out and down the stairs. Midway they realized they hadn't planned properly and seriously scraped the unprotected base of my piano in the process of figuring out what to do. At my new place, one of the movers disappeared into the bathroom for the entire move, and the remaining two men strained to handle the piano move. The Super Friends Moving owner, Jakub, at first acted like he would fix the edges of my damaged piano, but he apparently was just stringing me along, having no intention to make good on the damages his team caused to my piano. I e-mailed and called patiently, but there was no response after initial contact. He also was dishonest about the pricing - inflating the price initially for a weekend move, but not dropping it proportionately when the move switched to a week day. Don't entrust your piano or other possessions to this unscrupulous company.

Crew called ahead to say they were running late - good communications. Performed move quickly and no damage to piano. Two-man crew did struggle a bit with moving piano down one flight of stairs.

despite being a little late, they made it up 100 times over by their hard work and positive can do attitude. Oh and they were very friendly which made it go all the easier. Steve the crew lead was very good directing the operation and the crew worked very well together. They moved this monster 2 piece entertainment system that made my back hurt watching them take it down 2 flights of stairs and again up one flight. Even though an Ikea dresser (not the most sturdy item in the world) was damaged, I still rate them at all A's due to their willingness to adjust the bill with out being asked and how hard they worked. I would hire them again anytime and recommend them to anyone. Oh and Craig the estimator does a great impression of Christopher Walken!

We've been trying to get our stuff back from storage with SuperFriends. First they promised Tuesday at 10:30 Then 3pm. Then Wednesday. Then Thursday. Then Saturday after lunch. They've not called once with an update. Time after time when I call them there's another "I don't know", Or "I'll get right on it." Or a story about a forklift incident in the warehouse Or just not picking up the phone anymore.

Refrigerator damaged. It had to be maneuvered out of a small room, then through a standard door inside the house, then through a wide exterior door, then down several exterior steps, then through a narrow gate and then across a gravel drive to the garage of the new location. Using a hand truck, the crew had difficulty crossing the gravel and the refrigerator had to be handheld side-to-side to keep it from tipping off the hand truck. No protective pad or protection of any type was not used to protect the refrigerator. It was dented and scratched by the end of its short traverse. This was immediately reported and photos provided. Now, Super Friends denies that in such a short move damage could have happened. After requesting the pictures, Jakub Raich, the owner does not return calls or emails. It's been more than 2 weeks with no contact. Unfortunately, I paid with a check. Because I proceeded in good faith, time has elapsed and the check already cleared, otherwise I would have stopped payment. I would like the refrigerator repaired to undamaged condition or replaced. Before choosing a mover, call the Commission at 1-888-333-WUTC (9882) to verify the mover’s permit status and complaint history. I relied only on Yelp & Angies List reviews and wish I had checked WUTC and BBB where other complaints have already been submitted.

Not well. I suffered a lot of damage to my goods and several items were missing. When I filed a claim, Super Friends were slow to react - their attitude was one of indifference. For the most part, my emails were ignored and I have not received any monetary compensation. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and left a review on YELP. I sent them pictures of all damaged items and a list of missing items.

Fantastic moving team! Prompt response with the quote and very efficient service. The team were all musicians as well, so I felt like they knew what they were doing and were respectful of the instruments. In addition, they became fast friends with my dog, which made everyone happy. I strongly recommend Super Friends Moving!

Great! Everyone was so nice and attentive. The work was done quickly. Nothing broken. Very impressed.

Very friendly, professional, and cheerful - even though by the time they left us they had been at it for 12 hours - and they still had to drive back north. Great crew! everything was treated with respect and placed where we asked it to be. Bed was reassembled, etc. I couldn't believe how much they expertly got into that truck - I know it was way more than they bargained for, but it was still the flat rate. I call that integrity.

Great. Our move lead was Michael. He was very responsible and courteous. All my items were moved safely. I was very happy with the team and the work! I have used them 5 times now.

The move went very well. The two fellows were very friendly, very professional and very careful with all the belongings. Anything we didn't have wrapped...they wrapped. They load their truck carefully so that nothing gets broken or scratched. They are efficient and take the time to do things correctly. We have used this company several times now. I will always call them first for any move needs we have.

The move was a big one but all went smoothly, thanks to Super Friends Moving.  As a follow up, Super Friends moved some furniture to consignment for us, which was a big help.

Having moved six times in the past fifteen years, this is probably the best experience I've ever had with a moving company. Most moving companies don't even do on-site estimates anymore, especially for free. Super Friends not only does them for free, but *prefers* to do them on-site to give the most accurate estimate. The estimator showed up, took pictures with a tablet, and quoted me $2980. I scheduled the move for June 11 for pickup, and June 12 for delivery. Not only did they show right on time, but loaded everything in 65 minutes. They were very careful and very fast, not a common combination. The next day in Hillsboro, again tgey showed up right on time, and unloading took 90 minutes (which was due to me telling them where to place items). To my astonishment, the original estimate of $2980 proved to be 100% accurate, a first timer for me. Usually there is an extra $100-400 for some arbitrary reason or another. They have locations all up and the West Coast. When we need to move again, I know who to call.

They did a great job but I had an issue with the coupon that I purchased before I could use their services. It got resolved and it was fine. They honored the coupon. I referred them to people. I think they were pretty fair. Because they were not being responsive initially when I asked about the coupon, I would probably give them a B. They had their guy, Craig, come out and give an estimate. Then I did a really good job of packing so it was half the price of the estimate and they were willing to honor that. That was very cool. They honored the coupon. It worked out great. They could have just be a little more organized in terms of knowing that I had purchased a coupon. They were great.

I could not be happier with the service provided. Everything went so smooth. The crew was excellent, such hard workers & fast workers! Thankyou SFM?

We hired super friends for both packing and moving services.  They are charging premium prices, and we expected premium service as a result.

Their sales person is very professional, but the packers and movers did not live up to our expectations.

The quality of work they did in packing was not good -- they dumped things into boxes without adequately wrapping them.

As for moving, one of our items (a steelcase file cabinet) was broken in transit.  During packing, we had asked them to empty the file cabinet and put the files into boxes.  The lead mover/packer told us this was unnecessary -- that we should not empty the file cabinet before moving it.

Via email, Jakub (the owner) offered a discount and offered to repair the item.  After numerous emails back and forth over a couple of months, he finally came through with the discount (which was not enough to cover the cost of replacing it).  He never came through on his offer to make sure the file cabinet was repaired.

One of their trucks broke down during the move, but they did not offer us a discount for the extra time that took to repair it.






 

We used PODS for moving cross-country and needed professional packing and loading services. They provided an on-site estimate and came in within their estimate. The entire crew was terrific to work with - courteous, communicative, hard-working, efficient and effective. They packed the PODS properly and secured materials well. They worked well individually and as a team. They took care with all items. We couldn't be more pleased with their service.
