Now they’re saying that leveling the kitchen wasn’t included in the original scope, blaming the remaining dip on my kitchen island and fridge being “too heavy” and lacking proper support—an issue they failed to identify in the initial assessment. To properly address this problem, they’re now asking for an additional $7,500, claiming this work was never part of the original job. Eric was very professional and didn't bad mouth the other contractor's work or pick it apart. He understood the job at hand better than the other "contractor" and had the patience to deal with a mess someone else left behind. I will be calling Eric to work on ALL my rentals from now on!"
