Zero stars. After signing the quote and making a 50% deposit, they waited 2 weeks to do nothing and then called to say they wouldn't be completing the job. I think they under bid the job and didn't want to proceed. We were lucky enough to get our money back quickly to hire another contractor. Do not recommend.

After th quote, they were able to be onsite for the install within two business days. They arrived promptly at 8am as they said they would, the entire roof was finished by 4pm the same day. The work was excellent, the roofers were curtious and friendly, and cleaned everything up before they left our house.

They did a beautiful job from start to finish. Hardworking and cleaned up everyday. Would use again.

We liked the way they handled themselves and cleaned up after themselves. They were professional. They did a very thorough job. They used metal components instead of plastic and used a heavier felt und the shingles.They did the job when they said they would. They also give $50 for referrals and we referred (2) others who had great experiences as well.

The day we called them was when the rain was coming into the hallway and we did not know what we were going to do. We called a friend of ours who was in the construction business and he gave us the number for him. We called that guy and he said that he was going to be in Washougal that afternoon, so in a couple of hours he came by and looked. He saw all the dripping inside the house and also went up onto the roof and it was pouring rain. I was frightened about him going up there, but he went up and found a crack in one spot that could be causing trouble for us. He said that he was going to fix it for us and he did by caulking it and did whatever he could to take care of it. He came back down and told us to let him know if that did not take care of the problem that he would come back out. We asked him how much we owed him and he said that no, and they he was in the area. He is on top of our list and we will have him back out to work on our roof before the rain comes in.
