Super nice and helpful. Always very fair with cost.

I consulted several review sites and settled on Rudy's. The shop was full to bursting with cars awaiting repair but they had my car done on time and for much less than I expected. I appreciated that they honored my request for a quote before repairs began and also let me know that the part wouldn't be in until the next morning so I had the option of picking up my car and bringing it back the next day, or leaving it in the shop. There were a few reviews that mentioned that Jerry was very rude. He isn't - he's hard of hearing. With the addition of noise in the shop he doesn't always catch what you say, even if he's looking at you. So speak up!

Great.

It was 2PM and my '89 Ford F250 started billowing steam and smoke. I pulled over, and was able to get AAA tow to Rudy's that day. Jerry helped me out. He was easy to understand, gave me an appropriate amount of information, and a fair quote on the repair. I had a ton (literally a yard) of fill dirt in the bed of the truck: no problem. Jerry and Rudy's was able to replace the entire radiator and temperature sending unit before 5PM. Fair price for the work, awesome service, fast. Highly recommend!

The vehicle kept stalling when idling. They found the problem being a hole in the intake hose which was causing the fuel injector to inject too much fuel. This in turn and quot;floodedand quot; and stalled the vehicle.

I got our vehicle to the shop at the appointed time. Was given a ride home by the shop manager. Picked up the vehicle in the afternoon and was provided with details of the work done, and the work needed to be done, plus cost estimate, to correct the oil leak.
I've taken our vehicles to Rudy's often in the past. The charge was fair and I trust their workmanship.

After several lights went on (on the dashboard) while driving our 2007 Subaru, I took it to Rudy's where they ran some tests and found the problem right away. They fixed the car at a reasonable price and quickly. I have always found the personnel at Rudy's friendly and very professional. I will return to them again and again (not to mention recommending them to anyone who asks!).

He doesn't pat his prices. They do a really good work at a fair price with a great service. They are a family run business. They are really nice people.

After evaluating brakes they determined that my pads were fine but rotors were warped. Gave me a specific estimate ( had provided a general estimate earlier) and scheduled the work. Came back on agreed date at agreed time and the work was done as described. The door latch broke while at Rudy's so they estimated the cost of replacement and scheduled a time for same. Again came back at agreed to date and work was done expeditiously. I have been using Rudy's for about two years for various repairs and service ( oil chg, etc.) and always found them to be pleasant and professional. Their prices are less than a dealer and seem reasonable to me.
