Excellent workmanship, previously replaced 3 toilets, kitchen sink, dishwasher and garbage disposal.  He has responded to a water leak and used his extensive experience to locate and repair water line.

Incredibly well. We had just remodeled the bathrooms. Another local company removed the toilets for us and was scheduled to install new faucets. Their plumber installed the new kitchen faucet - wrong - and it did not work correctly. He made a horrible mess in the bathrooms. We asked him to leave. And when we talked to his supervisor, she defended his work.
We called Mr. Tucker and explained we had a 'clean up' job. We were so pleased with his work. He made sure the work space was protected before he started. It took no time for him to correct the kitchen faucet. He corrected the first bathroom faucet - said it just takes 'patience' to do it correctly. Installed the other two faucets and left no mess behind. We should have called him first.

Paul was prompt.  He was very careful to not soil our beige carpet in taking out the old tank and putting in the new.  He had to go under our house to add the drainage line.

He comes fast, he doesn't make you wait, timely service, he's honest and reasonably priced.

When water flows the wrong way in a hydronic floor system, the flow meters clog and restrict the floor. Quite amazing to find that the flow was going in the wrong direction.

Showed up on time, performed work as agreed, cleaned up after the work and billed within initial estimate.

We asked for a bid. Paul was low bid by $400. He told us he'd call when the water heater arrived. He called about a week later and said he could come that day about 1:30. He did. Spent almost 3 hrs. installing the water heater and doing 2 other jobs

we'd added to our to-do list. Leaky shower head and a runnin' toilet. He was very friendly Cleaned up thye little messes he made and loves dogs. What can I say.

This couldn't have gone any smoother.

He was really thorough and made sure everything ran right before he left. He was real tidy about cleaning up as he went along. There was a problem with the dishwasher that Sears sent; he called technical support and was able to stop the leak. I feel he went above and beyond to make sure everything worked correctly.
