If I could give zero stars, I would. We recently hired Keep Moving, and it was by far the worst moving experience we’ve ever had—and we’ve done multiple cross-state moves with zero issues. This company is disorganized, careless, and completely unprofessional, despite claiming to be “reputable.” We had five movers, and somehow what should’ve been a straightforward move turned into a 12-hour ordeal with two trips, countless mishandled items, and a massive amount of unnecessary stress. The team wasted time joking around, smoking in our garage, and showed no sense of urgency, respect, or coordination. Yet we were charged premium rates. The Damages and Issues: Our $3,000 Sony OLED TV was destroyed: screen cracked, case damaged, and now it won’t even power on. Our full-size cello was mishandled—string snapped and bridge shifted out of place—requiring professional repair. Fragile boxes were crushed under heavy ones, breaking irreplaceable items. Furniture was left disassembled, some pieces were left behind entirely, and clearly labeled boxes were dumped in a single room with no regard for where anything belonged. Our carpet was ruined due to no floor protection at the home we were moving from—despite being told this would be done. Moving blankets were left behind, items were half-unwrapped and abandoned, and in an absolutely absurd practice, the movers dumped our belongings out of their boxes to reuse the boxes for something else. And worst of all: during the move, I walked into the master bedroom and found one of the movers going through my dresser drawers—specifically my underwear drawer—and boxing up my personal items without permission. They never asked. They simply took it upon themselves to rifle through my things. This was a complete violation of privacy and totally inappropriate. After all of this, Keep Moving offered a laughable $150 in compensation, which we had to fight to get raised to $350. That still doesn’t come close to covering the damage, stress, or time we’ve lost trying to fix what they failed to do right. They call themselves reputable? They currently have a D- rating with the Better Business Bureau, and there are multiple reviews with complaints eerily similar to ours. That’s not a coincidence—that’s a serious pattern. Bottom Line: Keep Moving does not stand by its advertised values of care, professionalism, or trust. If you care about your belongings, your privacy, and your peace of mind—do not hire this company. Let me know if you’d like this tightened up into a shorter version too for quick posting. You said: let's add that google reviews are polished due to them offering incentives to rank their company high ChatGPT said: Absolutely. Here's the final, polished version of your 0-star review with that detail included: If I could give zero stars, I would. We recently hired Keep Moving, and it was by far the worst moving experience we’ve ever had—and we’ve moved multiple times without issue. This company is disorganized, careless, and blatantly unprofessional, despite claiming to be “reputable.” We hired five movers, and what should’ve been a simple move turned into a 12-hour mess with two trips, countless mishandled items, and an overwhelming amount of stress. The crew wasted time joking around, smoking in our garage, and showed zero respect for our time, property, or personal space. The Damages and Red Flags: Our $3,000 Sony OLED TV was destroyed—cracked screen, damaged housing, and now won’t power on at all. Our full-size cello had its string popped and bridge knocked askew due to mishandling. Fragile boxes were crushed under heavy boxes, resulting in broken and irreplaceable items. Furniture was left disassembled, some pieces were left behind entirely, and clearly labeled boxes were dumped into one room without care. Our carpet was soiled because the movers didn’t lay down floor protection at our old home, despite promising they would. Moving blankets were left behind, items were half-unwrapped and abandoned, and in a completely bizarre move—they emptied our belongings out of boxes to reuse the boxes for themselves. And the most disturbing part: I walked into our master bedroom to find one of the movers going through my dresser drawers—specifically my underwear drawer—boxing up personal items without my knowledge or permission. There was no request, no communication—just a total violation of privacy. Keep Moving initially offered $150 in compensation. After weeks of back and forth, they raised it to $350, but it still doesn’t begin to cover what was lost or damaged—not to mention the time and emotional toll this has taken. They claim to be reputable, but if you dig past their curated image, you'll find many reviews describing similar experiences. One important thing to note: their Google reviews are artificially inflated, as they offer incentives to customers in exchange for high ratings. That’s why the glowing reviews don’t reflect the reality of what you might experience. Final Thoughts: Keep Moving does not uphold the values it advertises—there is no trust, no professionalism, and absolutely no customer care. If you value your belongings, your time, and your privacy, do not hire this company.

I've recently hired Keep Moving to move my house, and I can't say enough about how great these guys are. They moved all of my items safely and protected all of my furniture. They were super efficient and made sure that everything is in the right place, they helped arrange all of my furniture in the new house. The whole experience has been amazing from start to finish. I definitely recommend Keep Moving 10/10, I'll hire them again for my next move!

Huge thank you to the guys at Keep Moving. I was picking something up nearby and managed to lock my phone and keys in the car. They went out of their way to help me get the car unlocked, including making a special trip to Home Depot for another tool. Really appreciated the help and will remember the company next time I need something moved.
