Did we sign an updated contract on the street on a Sunday night at nearly 10 PM for them to rent a second truck? Well, yes we did. What else could we do? They had us over a barrel from the beginning. The crew also had absolutely no idea how to move a piano--they spent about 8 hours on that alone--despite claiming they "are one of the best in the business." They did wrap our things well and they worked really hard, but it was definitely a switch-and-bait tactic that was incredibly manipulative and completely maddening. Beware!"
