Sergio excavated and leveled it to create two huge terraces with a beautiful split wood fence at the top of each retaining wall. In total, it was over 250 feet of retaining wall and fence. He also applied topsoil and seeding our new lawn. His attention to detail is impeccable, and he understood what I wanted out of the space. "I got an estimate for my backyard drainage issue, and one for a park directly behind my home without a drainage system. The estimator was nice, but the estimate was ridiculously overpriced and did not explain any breakdown of charges. It was just a total number; nearly $40,000 for a small park drainage system. When I asked for a breakdown of how they came up with that amount, I was told they couldn't break it down because the price is what it was, it was all wrapped into one. I did not understand what that meant, but I was not happy with the price or the lack of explanation. Needless to say I did not hire them."
