"We needed a light fixture installed on the outside of our house. This required cutting a hole in the siding on our brand new house. I had heard a lot of good things about Side Pro so I gave them a call. They exceeded all of our expectations. Their receptionist was very helpful and professional and scheduled someone to come do the work in less than one week. The installer arrived on time and cut the hole, installed the block and flashing, caulked around the edge, in about 30 minutes and it looks fantastic. I will definitely recommend and hire Side Pro again for any siding, roofing or painting that I need done in the future."

The crew working on the job were also great - reliable, hard-working, tidy, and communicative - we especially appreciated that they asked questions when uncertain on how we'd want particular things handled (e.g. light fixture installation) vs just doing what they thought was best, a pattern we've seen with other contractors. "I’m not quite sure what is taking so long to get any updates from this company. I’ve been waiting for an update on the siding being painted, touch ups they missed to be fixed, have their interior team fix the walls their crew punched nails through the wall, broke the frame of our kitchen window, and pick up the materials that have been blocking our driveway since the start of the project. It took them three weeks from the initial pick up date I was given for their team to pick up and confirm that the honey bucket had been taken from our property. Of course I had to call them to follow up and actually get it picked up. All of this to basically summarize that if you want your siding done in a timely manner and to work with a cohesive team that values communication and their customers as much as theirs salesman Brad told us they do, then find another company aside from Pacific Exteriors."

"DO NOT USE: We were quoted $6K for a shower kit install. Upon completion of the work, it was immediately apparent that the installation was defective and did not meet acceptable industry standards. Specifically: No water membrane was installed behind the shower kit, rendering the installation non-compliant with waterproofing best practices. No caulking was applied to seal seams, leaving the installation vulnerable to water intrusion and damage. The walls and surrounding trim were not plumb, which made it impossible to install a functioning shower door. A McLendon's supervisor subsequently inspected the installation onsite and acknowledged the poor workmanship. We were informed that the matter would be addressed, but despite multiple follow-up phone calls, we received no further communication or resolution from McLendon's. Nevertheless, the remaining balance of $3,100 was charged to our account without our authorization or consent and without any resolution."

Most houses sided with these products don't meet regulations required nowadays. Lack of Weather Barrier, flexible and metal flashing are some of their waterproofing problems. We provide materials and installation for Lap siding, Board & Batten, T&G, and shingles. Labor only option includes scaffolding, nails and all related tools. Material Supply available: Fibercement James Hardie (Hardieplank), and Cedar.
