The technician was very pleasant and he took his time to explain all the steps he was doing and let me watch as he put a camera down the drain and showed me on the screen where the clog was and all the build-up in the pipes. He then brought in a high pressure washer and I watched on the screen as he cleaned the pipes all the way down to where it joined up with the main sewer line. Then, he surprised us on Tuesday: he had enough time between appointments to come back and finish the job. He installed all new connections because the previous ones were not only wrong, but illegal. And, he installed the transition pipe with the proper floor clamp (missing when the range was originally installed). We are all delighted!
