"Pipers contacted us by phone immediately after we submitted a repair request on Labor Day late morning for a clogged sewer line. We set up an appointment for early evening, at which time I mentioned we had intended to celebrate family birthdays that evening. About an hour later Pipers called and said they adjusted their schedule so they could arrive mid-afternoon, which they did. The back-up was cleared and we were so grateful to be able to join our family that evening. Pipers had to remove and reinstall the basement toilet. They cleaned up the area after the work was completed (the bathroom looked better than when they arrived). A great ending to what was a not so great beginning to Labor Day. We will definitely use Pipers for the more extensive work that needs to be done."

Then, he surprised us on Tuesday: he had enough time between appointments to come back and finish the job. He installed all new connections because the previous ones were not only wrong, but illegal. And, he installed the transition pipe with the proper floor clamp (missing when the range was originally installed). We are all delighted! Not only was Robert personable, knowledgeable and professional, the job was done perfectly and sooner than expected. (And he cleaned up!) Robert gets 6 stars on a 5-star scale."

"I would highly recommend Hunts Services for anyone out there looking for a plumber! Not only are they accommodating and reliable their office staff is super friendly too! We had 2 sewer pipes that were about 4 to 5 feet underground that needed replacing. One of which tree roots grew and broke through the pipe. Danny was excellent with explaining everything and he came by twice to just see how things were going and the workers came on schedule and did an awesome job with cleaning up as well! "I had a clogged drain that no amount of plunging could get rid of. I called several companies. I initially went with Mr Rooter because they were the only ones that could make it out that same day. Glad I did. The technician was very pleasant and he took his time to explain all the steps he was doing and let me watch as he put a camera down the drain and showed me on the screen where the clog was and all the build-up in the pipes. He then brought in a high pressure washer and I watched on the screen as he cleaned the pipes all the way down to where it joined up with the main sewer line. I initally thought the estimate was a little high, but not after watching all that they (his supervisor also showed up after an hour to help out) did."
