"We had to move our mother to long term care on very short notice. I called Moving Ahead Services on Tuesday and they had us moved on Wednesday. Granted it was a very small move but they were a Godsend. Thomas and Carlos were polite and respectful and a real pleasure to be around. All around a wonderful experience."

"I had to do an emergency move out in one day and I called Jones Family Moving around 9-10am. Justin told this was definately something they do and he gave me an initial quote based on the # of rooms I gave him and the type of furniture I had. 3 men showed up just before noon - these 3 guys were terrific. There were fast, efficient and careful. They had a great sense of humor during a difficult time. Loading up the truck actually took 5 hours. Justin stated their family also had a temperature controlled storage facility (Mr. Mover) and quoted me a price - I had them take my belongings there. They can provide boxes for a price - but I believe you get the money back when you give the boxes back. The total job took about 7 hours. Justin came to the house mid-day and gave me requote based on the quantity of belongings and how much more time they would need to finish. Justin called a couple of times to check in - gave me information about the storage facility and kept in touch frequently until everything was wrapped up. I can not say enough about this moving company-they were timely, professional, efficient and worth every penny."

"I called on a Friday afternoon hoping to get an appointment for the next Tuesday when I would be off work. Instead, he asked me if I was available the next day at noon! On that day, he called ahead to say he'd be a few minutes late. Upon arrival, he vacuumed the open areas of the console, fixed a couple of keys with sticky felt, and tuned my piano. And at the end, I got a little medley as he tested the overall tune of the piano!"

"Am happily writing this review. Direct pro logistics did a fantastic job of moving me from Southern California to Northern California. They were prompt, courteous and professional. The 2 gentlemen handling my move were very thoughtful and thorough. I had not finished packing everything and they carefully packed and wrapped my furniture.
