great move perfect

the office is a mess - i wish i had seen it before i hired them. So disorganized and dirty. Really offputting. paino movers were super nice, but overworked. Whole operation needs upleveling and cleaning.

They were careful with our stuff and did a good job for a good price. It was a very short distance and fairly easy. It was their minimum charge.They did great I have no complaints with anything. They were wonderful.

Great! Mario, Hilario and Paul were friendly, efficient and obviously knew just what they were doing to handle the piano gently and safely. They also gave me some helpful information about my piano. The price was less than I expected, and well worth the cost for the excellent service.

It was a tough job, as the piano had to be moved up a winding staircase at new home. This grand piano is very, very heavy. The 3 guys were remarkably strong and too great care with this move. They were on time, polite and very professional.

These guys were fast and good !!!! They moved our piano as if it were a toy !!! Down 4 porch steps ( real cool method !! ), into their truck, across the bridge to Bellevue and into our house in less than an hour !!!!! I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a piano moved !!!!! Professional, courteous, and friendly. Great job !!!!!

I was quite pleased with A-1 and will most definitely call upon them again when it comes time to move our piano. From the first point of contact they were so easy to work with and flexible when we needed to move our date around a bit. They thoroughly explained their service and when we discussed the complicated driveway at our new house, they were undaunted and put me at ease about the situation. They told me they'd provide an ample experienced crew. Holding true to their word, they sent a fantastic crew that quickly dismantled our Steinway grand and moved it into our new house without issue. You could see their years of experience by how efficiently they worked. The crew was an extremely professional, cordial, fun bunch. I'm so happy I chose A-1 and will not fear moving it the next time. We just had our piano tuned today by Hak Bo from A-1. He's quite nice and focused...the quickest piano tuner I've ever had. It took him roughly an hour. Hak Bo could tell it hadn't been tuned in a few years, but said that it wasn't too off. He did say that it would benefit from one more tune in about a year and then it would probably be able to go longer following that tune. I found his fee to be comparable ($130) or maybe even a bit less than our previous tuner that we used for years. The only thing I found surprising was that he didn't play the piano much after it was tuned. Our previous tuner would always play a piece or two to listen to it.

Very well coordinated

Very well. We have a tight staircase and hallways in our townhouse and the moving team handled the move with care and precision.

A little pricey but in the end well worth it. Movers were right on time,courteous, and took good care of our piano.

The A-1 Piano movers were AMAZING! They sent 3 movers who were very experienced. They had to move our upright piano out the front door, down the 15 stairs on the side of the house, and back in downstairs door. Everything was done in under 15 minutes. The movers were fast, efficient, polite, friendly, and gentle with the piano.

I signed up with Angie's List to find reviews of piano movers.  A-1 Piano Sales & Rentals had the best reviews, and they truly were stellar.  The movers were helpful, provided some resources about tuning, and, delivered the piano in the same condition.  Seattle traffic can be busy and challenging, especially during hot weather, but they are super heroes in moving pianos from one area to another.  Pianos don't move themselves, so we appreciated the great service, and I would definitely use this business again.

Everything went perfectly from scheduling to pick-up to delivery. Movers were careful, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
I would highly recommend this company for their services and attention to detail. I couldn't be happier.

Rented a piano had them deliver to my church. they were excellent to deal with. Nice to deal with, very capable men on the truck who were handling the delivery. They were prompt right on top and did a beautiful time of moving the piano in. They had top of the line service couldn't have asked for anything better.
