"I just bought a new house, where one room had a noticeable slope in it. I believe it was because this room used to be the garage before a remodel. I had RamJack come out to check it out to make sure there was not an issue with the foundation. They showed up and looked at the room, checked out the outside and performed some tests with their instruments. He could have scared me and told me that I needed lots of work, because honestly I have no idea about foundations and I was willing to pay to fix the issue on my new house. However, he explained to me that he did not believe there was an issue and that the house was fine. He said when I replace the carpet, to have the flooring people level out the slope and that should take care of it. It is great to work with those who do their best to give you accurate honest advice and not try and use your lack of knowledge against you. All of this was done for no cost, and that is what puts the cherry on top of this story.
