"We hired Roads Paving to replace our aging, 1200 square foot asphalt driveway. Their bid was lower than a competitor. The driveway is tightly compacted, smooth, and looks great. The work only took around 4 hours from start to finish, including removing the existing asphalt and sub-base. Norm, his crew, and office staff were extremely courteous and helpful throughout the entire process."
"This is the 2nd time we have had Center C Construction do work at our house and they did an amazing job. They matched our existing driveway perfectly for our driveway extension. They were also able to take my idea of a front walkway and turn it into a better reality. The walkway included having to re-design my steps and access into my house. The work is beautiful and if I ever need concrete work done again I 100% will return back to this company. We have had numerous neighbors stop by and compliment our brand new front yard layout."
"Believe me, this is your last stop for any masonry and concrete needs as these guys are absolutely the best! My initial quote and introduction to the company was provided by Joe Rothwell ( Owner ). Joe took the time to discuss the condition of my driveway, which believe me was in dire need of replacement, providing me with an estimate that I felt was extremely reasonable. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and options such as a sand finish and converting my existing 1ft x 1ft drain to a channel drain, running almost the length of my garage. On the day of installation, I was greeted by Joe and several members of his team. He anticipated only one day to demolish, however, based on the size of my driveway ( approx 2300 sq ft ) I thought that there was no way this was possible. Low and behold by 2:00 pm the entire drive was completely bare of old concrete! Day two went just as smooth, with grading, adding a gravel base, channel drain, and rebar. Because of a mini heat-wave, it was decided best to delay the concrete pour until the following week when the weather had cooled. Once again, they arrived right on time with the first pour. It was truly amazing to watch these guys focus their attention to detail. Finally, the last day was the wash and clean-up. Joe and his crew did a wonderful job and my driveway looks spectacular! Once again, do not waste your time looking elsewhere. For great service check out all of the other wonderful reviews. You cannot go wrong with these guys! Thanks!!"
"Mark provided great service beginning with his bid, to the completion of the project. He communicated well and patiently listened to our vision offering up additional ideas and pictures of his work. He is personable and easy to work with. We are very happy with our driveway, which is the hit of our cul-d-sac. The six broomed squares are framed with beautifully stamped borders. If you are looking for a skillful concrete professional who, when needed, can think creatively out of the box and come up with great solutions, I would recommend Mark in a heart beat."
"Mack & Sons Concrete did a great job on our concrete driveway. They were very professional from start to finish. Because they were able to do the job in one day instead of two probably saved me half of what other companies were charging. Thank you!"
"I can't praise Lucas Construction enough. Very professional with quality work. John and Isaiah were great to work with and Moses is truly a concrete God. I can't recommend this company enough for anyone who needs concrete poured. This was a huge job and difficult on a surface that was not level. They only needed 5 days to complete the project start to finish not because they where in a hurry but because they really knew what they where doing. Near perfect and beyond expectation. Lucas Construction has not been long in the state of Washington, but has over 30 years in the concrete business. 5 stars well deserved."

Yes, most pressure washing companies use your home's water supply, typically from an outdoor spigot. However, some companies can bring their own water in a tank or truck. This is less common and may incur additional costs for filling and hauling the water. It's a good idea to ask a company which method they use when you call for a cost estimate.
On average, pressure washing a house can take anywhere from 30 minutes to three hours. The time frame to pressure wash or power wash your home, fence, or other property depends on the size of the project and the complexity and accessibility of the areas that need cleaning. Part of the time required to complete the job includes setup and removal of equipment needed. A two-story house with a steep roof may require working from scaffolding or a ladder, likely adding to the time required to finish the project.
Yes. You can pressure wash pavers. However, you risk damaging them if you use too much pressure or get too close. Use a PSI of 1,500 and spray the water at least 24 inches away from the surface.
Deciding whether to buy or rent a pressure washer depends on your budget and how often you plan to use it.
Renting: The daily rental cost typically ranges from $40 to $175. Renting can be more cost-effective for a one-time project.
Buying: The purchase price for a pressure washer can range from $100 to over $1,000. More specifically, electric models generally cost between $100 and $400, while gas models run from $300 to $600.
If you anticipate using a pressure washer multiple times a year, buying one is often a better long-term investment. When purchasing, remember that a higher-quality machine will likely deliver better and more reliable results.
Pressure washing is a great way to take care of built-up messes much more easily and quickly than manual scrubbing. Pressure washing can save you energy, time, and even money by getting rid of contaminants that can lead to damage to your home. It can also increase curb appeal if you’re getting ready to make a home sale.
