Fast and friendly service. Not cheap but saved me a lot of money in the long run. I had an integrated solid surface kitchen sink that had discolored and had some crackling around the drain. Looks like new! Loren and Tim were great!

I am extremely happy with my new kitchen counters! They look fabulous! I wish I'd known about the Miracle Method long ago. From the great estimate and detailed explanation I received from Loren to the great work done by Sonny this was a great experience. It went quickly and smoothly and Sonny even came all the way back the day after he finished to remove a little excess glue that I was afraid to do myself. I absolutely recommend the team from Miracle Method Kent WA!

I thought fine until the caulking came undone less than 4 months after having it done and they tried to charge me $350 plus to have it redone.

"We appreciate your input. I'm sorry you feel you have been unjustly charged. To clear up this issue, the charge originally was to repair the caulk (a non-warranty item) but there was another issue. A manager visited your home to look at the problem and found that a bathmat was used continuously that left moisture underneath, causing the coating to be damaged. (Please read your copy of our Warranty & Care Instructions). To give you a break, our manager reduced the price from $350 to $250 + tax to repair the damaged coating and then repair the caulk at no charge, since the job was so recent. I hope this provided a better understanding of our charge. Please contact our office if you have further questions."

Excellent quality. Finished on time. Bathrooms look great! And it cost a lot less than remodeling. I would have had to replace the counter top, replace the tub and retile the bathtub surround and shower floor. I'm very happy with the results!

I cannot believe the service and response from the company, they were so efficient and professional, from the onsite estimate to the completed work. Eric the technician was very personable, very efficient and did a wonderful job of refinishing the bathtub. Been a long time since I have recieved the "old school" work ethic, attention to detail and putting the customer first. Great job I would certainly refer this company to anyone looking for a professional bathtub refinish!

Their process brought brought new life to the bathroom. The finish was like new. The kitchen counters were tired Formica. With this process they look like granite. Very impressive. We are selling the house and everyone says “wow”. We hired them to do another tub and surround and the results were just as impressive.

I'm a little disappointed, 2 1/2 years ago I had both shower stall surfaces refinished and replaced a shower door. ($2700.00) The soap dish in one shower bubbled and had to be repaired, apparently it's not covered under the waranty because it's porcelain! Therefore, I was charged the minimum fee ($224.00) for a house call. My question, was it done correctly to begin with?? I feel the fee was excessive!

I had been looking to replace my countertops for a couple of years. I wanted to replace them with marble, granite or some stone product. All my research showed that replacement with stone was not only too costly but the mess and inconvenience of demolition and replacement would most likely take 4-5 days. It was suggested I look into Miracle Method. I scheduled an appointment to have them look at my existing countertops. They came, explained how their method works and gave me an estimate that was so reasonable that I scheduled the job. The day the Tech arrived he explained how he was going to do the work and that it would take him about 6 hours. He then taped protective paper and plastic over everything so that only the countertops were exposed. When he finished he asked me to look at it and see if I was satisfied. I was beyond satisfied. The countertops look beautiful. It was better than I expected and I am thrilled with them. Instead of 4-5 days it took 1 day. The Tech was very nice and even put up with my yappy dog that barked and barked at him. How's that for professionalism! And I paid less than half the estimated amounts I was getting. I not only would recommend Miracle Method to everyone, but I plan to use them again for my bathrooms and dressing area countertops.

Looks like I have 2 new wrap around tubs. Wish I had done this 10 years ago! Came in one day, taped and sprayed. Returned the next day to buff out any rough spots and remove all the tape/paper covers. Within 48 hours I had shiny new tubs. Great work, professional and friendly employees.
