We had two bathroom countertops and a tub enclosure done by Priceless Granite. We would highly recommend this company. They had far more granite to choose from compared to the other granite business that we looked at. Every employee that we came in contact with was very helpful and very professional. Connie was wonderful, Marissa was great, and Dave (owner) did a fantastic job of measuring our project. Priceless Granite also referred us to Superior Plumbing (Anthony) since we did not have a plumber. He also did a great job for us. Thank you Priceless Granite! Your estimate was fair and we are happy with the results! Glenn & Cheryl Scott

The finished results are fabulous. Shane did a professional job on the templates, with a fantastic fit of all pieces. Dave laid out the templates on the slabs in a way which displayed the great patterns in the stone. The templates were of a clear plastic material which allowed us to see the pattern of the granite as it actually looked in each piece.
Fabio and Ricardo were the install team. They removed the existing granite tile counter tops with a minimum of dust and grit.  They took great care in the demolition. They installed our under-mount sink carefully and precisely. The finished kitchen is great!

They are excellent people. They did it right. They told us what the bottom line was for our price. It wasn't any little add ons like there is in everyone else we've ever used. What they said they were going to charge that's what they charge and that's what I liked. I like to know exactly what I'm going to have to pay for. I like to know what I have to budget for and that is what expected and that's what they gave me.

Connie was great!!
We first touched base with her at the home show quite awhile ago and talked with her about our project. She gave us a bid that was right in the ballpark as the others but we thought she was much more knowledgeable and personable to deal with.
Once we got the project finally going, we picked out a new slab and signed the contract. The crew came out and carefully removed the existing two slabs from the counters....and they didn't break!! This cost us a bit but still saved us thousands over new slabs!
Then came time for install of the new and existing slabs....and one of the existing slabs had to be cut a bit...'deep breath'...but it went fine!!
It's all installed, looks great, bid was right on, no damage, no breakage, no real issues!
We'd go back to Connie and Priceless in a heartbeat!!

They had the most professional quoting system and the salesmen was very knowledgeable in their granite selection. They did a laser view on their computer after we picked out the granite to see what it would look like. It was really nice to see how the granite would line up and match and it was very helpful to have that service. We are satisfied with the work they did for us overall, and I would strongly recommend them.

We researched a number of granite installation companies (from individuals to large subcontractors for big box stores) and ended up using Priceless Granite who were referred to us by friends who had them install a granite counter top in an all new kitchen remodel.
They did a great job, and the tear out of the old counter top and installation all took place in one day. They were also able to preserve the tile backsplash on my walls behind the counter tops. The price included tear out, install, 15 year warranted sealant and new 16 gauge single hole stainless steel sink . The company's sales rep worked very closely with us on design and choice of granite. A major advantage of working with Priceless Granite was that we were able to go to their stone yard in Granite Falls and pick out the slab of granite we wanted at a price we could afford. We even had input into the final layout of the template onto the slab.

Everything went well. They were very professional, arrived on time, and were quite responsive to a minor issue. They also didn't carry the type of quarts that we wanted, but they got it in for us which we really appreciated.

We LOVE the stone and the countertops are beautiful! One of the reasons we chose them is because you don't have to purchase an entire slab, just the square footage you need. Also, they were very easy to plan with and work with, and really went out of their way to help us in a difficult remodeling project. Very friendly and professional customer service. And good selection of stones. I also really liked that the stone is provided and installed by one company, as opposed to the Seattle options.
Two negatives. Timeliness of the installers is one issue we had. The two times they came out they were very late, which made me late for work. The second time they came, they even promised they would be on time.
The second issue was with the overhang. Turns out the layout wasn't stable for the overhang, but we weren't told this during the months of planning, just at the last minute right before the counter install when no changes could be made to our kitchen layout. We were told we needed to install support brackets, which we weren't very comfortable doing and we have been feeling really concerned about damage to the countertop if it's done wrong. And they seemed hesitant to provide guidance (and gave some incorrect information) about purchasing and installing the brackets. I think the company should install brackets if they are a necessary part of the countertop project. Really should be done by a professional given the expense of the countertop if something went wrong.

We visited multiple granite companies before making our decision. Priceless Granite was the first company we visited and we were very impressed with their facility, fabricating area, selection, and the personnel. We continued our search and didn't find another company who measured up to their standards. We ended up back at Priceless to make our purchase. By that time, we had already decided to use Chroma (quartz) on the perimeter counter, the bottom of the bar, the hutch, and bathroom vanity. We used granite for the island and the upper bar. From start to finish we were very pleased with the process. The friendly staff at the facility make you feel right at home. The templating and installation went off without a hitch. The results are stunning and we couldn't be more pleased.

I would use Priceless Granite again in a heartbeat. We shopped many of their competitors for price and selection. They beat everyone by a long shot in both categories. We found the exact material we wanted somewhere else, but we couldn't afford the pricing there. I went to Priceless Granite and they gave me the price I needed to make it work with my budget for the exact same material. Every person at the company was extremely professional from the salesperson, the person who came out to measure everything, and the installation crew. My wife felt very comfortable having them in our home. I've heard nightmare stories about poor fabrication from some other companies. When you go out to their place it is clear they have invested in a lot of technology to make everything precise. Our project was immaculate and the installation went smoothly. We had a terrific experience.

My general contractor was also really impressed with everything they did, which I think says a lot.

We picked them as our granite provider due to their selection and expertise. We still appreciate the variety of granite offered (which allowed us to use different granite in each room). We also liked the fact that they cut, polished and sealed the granite at their shop so that it was just fitting/drilling the faucets on-site. This provided us with kitchen counter pieces that flowed toether with the granites natural seams. We thought that they were giving us all the information we needed to select the right type of granikte for each room, but they didn't explain all of the downsides to the granite that we selected for the kitchen. We were given the chance to preview where the cuts to the slabs would be made and we reversed the layout for the laundry room; but, we didn't know enough about the kitchen granite to catch an obvious flaw which ended up being right by the sink! It was our tile vendor who suggested and installed the granite window sills which were cut Priceless after everything else was done (in liew of the three pieces we were going to use for a backsplash in part of the kitchen.

The first installation crew was neither the A or B team. The leader was good, but the two others were not (for example, he had to get them out of the truck to clean up: they were ready to go home long before the job was done). The second team was the A team, but they were just there to install the master bath countertop and try to fix the problem with the granite by the kitchen sink. They did that, as best they could... I also found one of them trying to fix a problem around the cooktop. While he fixed one end, the granite in front of the cooktop still came loose after a couple of months when the other end separated. They were mostly responsive to our issues, all of which should not have happened. The most disturbing part was that they were not interested in any feed back about their installation crews (and quot; They are all excellentand quot;). The first crew was also defended by management for not replacing any wood molding/trim that didn't fit back in after the granite countertops/backsplashes were installed. Priceless claimed that it was our problem because they had either measured wrong or wouldn't do the minimal cuts to retro-fit any wood trim pieces because the granite was bigger than what it had replaced. I understand that things are not going to be exactly the same, but to not plan for that is a basic installation issue that their management claimed was our problem. The second installation crew did nominal cutting of one old trim piece to put it back. I opted to fix the other issue myself given limited options with them....

In other words, their overall grade is more of a C+ and I'm not sure that I would use them again. They have some exceptional people, but too many that aren't....

Overall, I'm happy with the finished product, with a couple of exceptions.

Positives:
1. Being able to see entire slabs instead of small samples.
2. Communicating via email for lots of the details.
3. Good advice/recommendations for some of the technical problems.
4. They left everything clean and disposed of all materials.

Negatives:
1. One stainless steel kitchen sink was dropped, causing a reorder. The bathroom sink was the wrong size. This ended up taking several days, meaning I had no access to water downstairs during that time.
2. Some of the tear-out caused drywall tearing. Had to hire professional to repair.
3. They left the stove unbalanced, meaning the left side had a gap between the countertop and the stove. Both of the above were called to their attention, but they gave me advice on how to fix instead of fixing.

They were excellent in showing us the granite available - sending us web pictures on how it would look on our counters - allowed us to come to their warehouse to decide how we wanted the granite laid out. Workers that came to our home were very professional and were very quick and thorough with the process.

It turned out very nice. Dan, who worked with us was very competent and stayed with us the whole time while we made our decision. He treated us very well. The only complaint was that they couldn't do any of electrical or plumbing work.

Althought the granite part went well, our overall project took almost a year. Pricelss Granite hung in with us through numerous rounds of "what if we do this?" or "what if we wanted to do that?". They were attentive and friendly. They came out to do measurements and fabricated a slab for a vanity with two sinks - they suggested an improved layout to radius the faucett handles and sink inlets which was different from the straight alignment that the plumbing vendor proposed, and the result looks great! We also used them for a built-in bench and cabinet top. We loved their products and the workmanship was excellent.
