The salesperson did show up for the appointment, which is something, but didn't reply to my follow-up email. I guess they do not need more business -- and with this kind of lack of follow-through, I will probably be better off without.

We really appreciated working with TubCove. They did a beautiful job of bringing our outdated bathrooms to the 21st century. We'd originally planned to do the work ourselves but were glad we didn't. We wouldn't have been able to match the quality of workmanship and materials, which were much better than what you find in big box stores for the same price. Jim was so helpful and patient in helping us decide on a design and scope that we would be happy with, staying in close contact all along the way. Jeremiah was knowledgeable, personable, and incredibly easy to work with. The entire team was very clean, using booties and tarps, and cleaning up after they were done each day. With regard to Covid, they were very conscientious about wearing masks throughout the project. We would definitely use them again.

My husband and I recently had a tub-to-shower conversion done to accommodate my mother who just moved in with us. The shower turned out great and looks beautiful. Everyone we spoke to and worked with at Tub Cove was very courteous, helpful and professional, from the office manager to the owner Jim himself. The project needed to be done on a tight schedule because of my mother’s deteriorating health and I especially appreciate how accommodating they were of our situation. They were also extremely patient with all the detailed questions we asked and my indecisiveness over fixtures, door options, shower size, etc.. Jeff and Jeremiah both provided valuable, expert input into our choices and they and the other team members were an all-around pleasure to work with!

I will give this company an enthusiastic thumbs up! The team lead by Jeremiah were efficient, went about their there job in a responsible way. Of course there was a problem with structural damage done years ago, Jeremiah went the extra mile in helping to find a company to do those repairs in a timely manner. Once the structural repairs were completed Jeremiah & team worked around their other scheduled appointments to come and finish their work. As a single senior woman that has trouble trusting, I am impressed with Jeremiah & team, they are wonderful to work with. I have recommended them to my Condo association as a source for bathtub repair. It's a 40 year old complex, I imagine there are other units that need help. R.A. Porter

It went great! The choosing process was fairly simple because they specialize and don't have an overwhelming number of options. Plenty for our needs. We were provided an accurate estimate of the costs. The installation took two days and was painless. The installers were on time and very respectful. The results are exactly what we wanted. I also liked that is a locally owned company.

Tub Cove and their staff did a great job on upgrading our shower space after the existing tub cracked. Their staff provided thoughtful suggestions for how to improve the look and quality of the existing space and worked very hard to schedule the work in a timely manner. Even after the discovery of subfloor issues during the upgrade, Jim and the Tub Cove staff were very reponsive to make sure we could get the project done as soon as possible.

TubCove did a great job removing my old surround, fixing sheetrock, installing new plumbing valves/fixtures and new tub surround. They were very available, responsive and got the work done efficiently in time. Highly recommend!

It went really well. They scheduled me quickly after I called. Always showed up on time. Very professional - and careful about covid protections. The shower came out great and they installed 3 grab bars as well. It all looks really good. I would definitely recommend them.

Jim and his team were exceptional! I needed a tub replaced in my rental property. Unfortunately, I don't live in the same state as my rental. I called Tub Cove and started working with Jim. He was extremely professional and went above and beyond to explain things over the phone. He also went the extra mile to do a thorough inspection of my existing tub and surroundings, checking for any possible leaks and water damage. He even went the extra mile to walk down into my garage and check for possible water damage there. This was extremely helpful since I wasn't there in person. We were fit into the schedule within 2 weeks of our first conversion (and this was over the holidays, spanning across new years). The whole job only took 2 days. The teams that came in to do the replacement were professional and cleaned as they went. I would recommend Tub Cove 100% and would most definitely call on them again.

They did demo work, replaced old pipes, and installed a new surround and glass doors in a timely fashion. The finish is very good, the team was professional and did not leave a mess.

I wish I could recommend this company as there are some kind folks who work there. Unfortunately, the person who did our installation did not do a good job and did not clean up after the job was done. When he came out to fix the failed laminate, he apologized for not cleaning up after himself. But then when he was done, he asked me if he’d cleaned to my satisfaction — and argued with me when I pointed out the adhesive he’d dropped on the tub. He then accused “somebody” (i.e., my husband or me) of sabotaging his original work. The work involved removing ceramic tile. Not cleaning up meant that there were shards of ceramic left throughout our bathroom, foyer, and down the hall of my building. This was a safety hazard. Since the mess followed him out to the parking lot, I had to clean after him so that it did not cause injury to my neighbors or result in me getting a fine from my homeowner’s association. While the product itself has been fixed and looks fine, I did not appreciate having to clean up after the worker or dealing with his unprofessional interactions—especially since I’d expressed reservations about having the same person come back to repair. I shared my concerns of the second visit and asked for consideration of my time in the final bill on 4/9/18. Shelley at TubCove agreed the behavior was unacceptable and that she would forward my concerns to the company owner in Arizona. I have yet to receive a response but will update this review should I hear back.

Outstanding! Scott provided a thorough explanation of the work and time required, and timely estimate. Several days later he expertly installed the safety grab bar. He was professional, on time and very easy to work with. I highly recommend TUB COVE and would definitely use them again.

Installer arrived on time, was friendly and courteous. He put it new faucet/ handle for me. He did accidentally drop a tool and chipped our tub, but the office manager called me right away after it happened and set me up with someone to fix the chip. Accidents can happen and I was happy with how quickly they resolved it. New surround looks great!

Took three half days for entire project. Technicians arrived on time each day,were very professional, cleaned up after each segment. The walk-in shower is a beautiful, professional piece of work. Superior customer service from office staff and technicians.

I found Tub Cove good to work with. They were helpful in providing us with information and samples of their product so we could make the right decision. Their staff was professional, punctual and the pricing was fair. My wife and I are happy with the work and with the product.

Everyone I worked with at TubCove is a top notch professional. They were always punctual, answered all my questions, and when the install date arrived, did the job flawlessly. They cleaned up everything as they went. They even let me interrupt them for a bit of my own work (some insulation I wanted to do).

It went better than expected. I was told it would take up to three days and it took exactly 2.5 days; Shelley who takes the orders and keeps you informed was a joy to work with and the person who did the actual work was fast but efficient and cleaned up after himself. I was very impressed.

The showroom does not look impressive, although the parking is convenient. But do not let the lack of fancy and stylish presentation be a deterrent. Everything needed to make decisions about decor and style is available and you will not fee intimidated by an overbearing sales person. The actual project took three-and-a-half days, one for demolition, a second for preparation, a third for putting the marble in place, and a half-day for installing hardware. In all of this the workers were timely, careful, neat, courteous. They also worked around the uncontrollables, e.g. the tardiness of the health department inspection. At the end I realized this was a bigger project than I had imagined, but it was very easy to undergo, and I am very pleased with the result.

Their price they originally quoted me was what I ended up paying, no hidden fees and very reasonable. They came out and knew exactly what was wrong and got it fixed. They were very friendly and also very honest. I feel like my shower turned out so beautiful and luxurious. They offered me so many options and they helped me choose wisely.

We can't say enough about this company! About a year ago we heard about them on a local radio station and decided to give them a try. We had a shower and marble surround installed in the master bath, and a tub, shower with marble surround and glass doors in the guest bath. The results are lasting and beautiful. The workmanship is first rate and all the employees who came were punctual, courteous and had good recommendations. We opted out of the grab bar at that time, but recently decided it would be a good idea to have one. I called and received the service promptly. This is one professional business!

Everything was done as expected, and they did a meticulous, great job. The surround is one piece with the exception of two small sections outside the tub from the top of the tub to the floor, so we shouldn't have problems with leaks.

We love the look of the new one piece enclosure that's on 3 walls. We also got new shower doors and bars. The laminate was extended past the shower to cover one wall, which looks great. The job took two days due to the extra wall. We are very happy with the results, and would recommend them to family and friends.

Thanks to Angie's List for giving me the nerve to go with the low bid! Tub Cove was great. I would not have thought to hire a remodel-focused outfit for a re-pipe but the price was right and all the other reviewers were not wrong. Our house is a typical small, late-40's box with simple plumbing and a single, small bathroom. Tub Cove replaced our 65-year-old, crumbling galvanized plumbing with Pex. The experienced, capable plumber (thanks, Bob!) who did that part of the job didn't just replace one with the other, he made suggestions and improved our plumbing configuration. The new tub surround is exactly what we want (simple, plain, easy to clean). The new tub is also plain but a nice, minor upgrade to the original tub, now stained and rusting. The only B is because the office manager, Shelley, is great but she was on vacation the week our work took place and the office was clearly at a bit of a loss without her. No office should be dependent on one person to make things go. However any issues were minor and I'm very pleased with the end result.
