With all due respect to the comments of this member, the above sharing of our interactions with him are extremely misleading and, frankly, inaccurate. • We visited his residence Wednesday 3/24 to provide a free design consultation and on THAT SAME DAY provided him a specific estimate for his project. • The date of his review stating we “didn’t reply to my follow-up email” was Thursday 3/25, literally the first day after his initial appointment. This is a bit confusing to me in that his first follow up email to my designer was dated Friday 3/26. • We did reply to him on Tuesday 3/30. • Occasionally, it is impossible to provide an immediate response given the complexity or specific details of a question. This was indeed the case with him and the reason our response was not made until 3/30. • Regardless of the nature of his follow-up question, I do believe we should have at least replied right away stating we need to discuss details with our Installation Manager and would be back in touch as soon as possible. Our designer has received that feedback from me and will perform accordingly in the future. TubCove prides itself on providing a very high level of performance in all our customer interactions. I suggest that the reality of how we truly operate can be understood by looking at other reviews that have been posted by other members.Service Provider Response
